Unpaid invoices/Bad practice
We have carried out a few jobs for David Phillips ff&e providing same day good’s deliveries. They owe for invoices and completely ignore any attempt to contact them. We have tried to call their accounts department multiple times and usually get asked to leave contact details which they have never replied to. Last time I called I was told the accounts department don’t take calls! Also they have been sent multiple emails to the accounts and customer service department and again, completely ignored. It’s a terrible way to deal with people, customers or suppliers. I would urge people not to offer this company any form of credit

Really great customer service
Got a large bed and mattress from David Phillips and it was delivered on time by the really friendly and courteous team from DP. They took their shoes off every time they came in and out without being asked to - a little detail of the care and attention shown by them. It was a struggle getting it up the narrow stairs but they cheerfully found a way to make it all work out. Before they arrived the customer support team were in touch with confirmations and updates - smoothly and efficiently. Great service from a great company.

A leg of the original sofa I bought broke and she immediately took onboard my problem and resolved it and turned the situation into a sale for you.

Poor quality bed and mattress
Bed and mattress. Firm orthopaedic mattress. Sagged within 3 years and warranty is only a year. I would expect a quality product to last alot longer. Initially when originally purchased the bed fabric was faded as though its been in storage a long time and of inferior quality. They did agree to replace but has sagged down the middle after short time so giving it 2 stars.

Delivery, Setup and Post-delivery
Our order/invoice was forwarded to Vera from Megan for delivery and set up. All went well, just a couple of items needed to go back and re-ordered in another size. We are very pleased with quality of items received and recommend our choices. Final delivery October 4 completed the order. The crew teams for delivery and set up were fantastic. Vera has been on top of it all the way leaving us with no concerns whatsoever. We thank her and appreciate all she has done.

I recently had the pleasure of working with David Phillips on the furniture fit-out for our 150-unit build-to-rent development, and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire process from start to finish.
The project was completed within a six-week timeframe. Despite the tight schedule, there were no compromises on quality, and all deadlines were met as promised. Each unit was furnished to a high standard.
The customer care provided by Jorge and his team was exceptional at every stage of the project. Throughout the fit-out process, communication was clear and consistent, ensuring that we were kept informed of progress and any minor adjustments that were needed. The team were always super helpful and accommodating to any adhoc requests along the way.
The aftercare service has also been equally impressive. The team have addressed any minor issues that arose with efficiency and professionalism.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for any future projects and look forward to working with them again.
