This solicitor advised and represented my father Donald Anthony west in his house purchase and his will - he clearly intended to give me half his house (I am his only child). However he was advised by DandH when he married his Thai wife Supra west to purchase the house in a joint arrangement with my stepmother that effectively eclipsed the will but he was not advised properly - when he died Dand H strung me along until the deadline when you could no longer file against them for a clear case of negligence and then told me to get another lawyer because there was a conflict of interest and they preferred to retain my Thai stepmother as the preferred client - I subsequently lost all my fathers inheritance as my stepmother after making me pay all the bills was advised by her Thai legal supporters that she could just run off with the money in the house and not give me a cent…..because of Dand Hs negligence and because of their sly dishonesty I could do nothing about it - the other lawyer said if I was not past the deadline (I was one day past the deadline when they threw me out!)there was a clear case against them ….looks like a pattern developing here !!!!!! Reading the other reviews - this firm is sly self serving and dishonest not to mention incompetent - if my father new what they did he would be furious - he trusted them because his brothers wife worked there in reception!!!!

Absolutely disgusted at the response from this company! My step daughters father used them in his divorce to her mother where it transpired she the mother stole the children’s money from their savings accounts so it was stated in the agreement the said mother was to reinvest the stolen money for the children for them to receive when older! Well now one child wants her money as is now 18 yet the mother is stating I do t know what you are talking about!!!! Even thou have sent her the proof, so contacted D&H for advice and eventually after 2weeks they said “oh conflict of interest” we can’t help or advise wtf ??
