I received a message the night before delivery stating what time delivery would arrive , the following morning i received another message from the driver apologising because he was delayed,, ( how many companies do that )
The final message was saying he was at the gate, an excellent service to say the least

I ordered a bin store which was delivered today. The service from start to finish was excellent particularly the delivery and drop off by a very courteous and helpful driver

I ordered a water butt and the driver was lovely. The butt was despatched and delivered two days later. The delivery driver was very friendly and very helpful. I have had an operation on my foot so having difficulty walking. I asked him to put the butt at the back of my property which he did without any sighs or giving the impression he was doing me a great favour and even wished me a speedy recovery.

Contacted by DPFreelance advising when my delivery would take place.As i would not be at home I contacted them and asked if their driver could leave it in my garden.
The driver left the item in the garden exactly where I asked them too,Thank you.

DB Freelance LTD made the house move process stress free and seamless. From initial enquiry, pre-move and move day communication was fantastic. Recived delivery of my shed this morning. Fantastic guys who deliverd. I went out the front when I saw them pull up and asked if the could deliver around the back as we live in a terrace house. Agreed straight away no issues at all. Offloaded the shed in a very convenient spot for me. Very friendly and polite. Nice to recive a fast friendly service. Hard to come buy these days. I booked these guys for a house move. It wasn’t the easiest for them as I was moving from a flat with two flights of communal stairs, no lifts to the building. What can I say, they were absolutely fantastic and I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work, especially has it was a hot day too. I would highly recommend these guys. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent service. Very helpful, cheerful and obliging driver who took large items to the rear of the house on request. It's worth refreshing the browser window for changed delivery times. They are refreshed frequently when the deliveries are fairly close and the traffic light. It was easy to work out that he would arrive early in the delivery window provided. Very convenient. My hardwood mini greenhouse was delivered as arranged- well within the time slot. Dave - dad of the boss- phoned when he arrived, was extremely polite and helpful. I had changed the delivery- easy as I got straight through to the office where again they were helpful and polite. I’ve no problem recommending this company.

This transporter provided an absolutely first rate service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The driver really went out of his way to help and accommodate my needs and was so knowledgeable and obliging. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Very happy with our experience. There was regular communication in the days leading up to the delivery. The driver rang me 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and was then super friendly and helpful when he arrived, including carrying the item into the house for me.
