Revnet DB, får ikke reklamasjon m oppdatering
OPPDATERING: Fikk ny melding av DB, de hadde gjennomgått reklamasjonssaken igjen etter at jeg klaget på avslaget. De beklaget, og så at det var reklamasjon. Ny sekk til sønnen kan bestilles og vårt opprinnelig inntrykk av merkevarer ble heldigvis gjenopprettet.
Våre sønn har flere sekker DB, og på Hugger 30 l under begge hjørnene på topp lommen viser det seg at materialet ikke tåler å ha litt vekt i topp lommen uten full stappet sekk. Lommen synker ned i sekken og har fått materialet til å spjære. Slik at materialet spjærer under sømmen ned mot hovedrommet. Sendte reklamasjon i går, og får følgende beskjed:
The damage you've experienced has been created by an external object coming in contact with the bag, which is unfortunately out of our control. Damages due to such external object(s) aren't considered a fault with the manufacturing process, which is what our warranty covers.
Her har vi sekker i flere størrelser, men for dårlig at man må ha helt full sekk for at de ikke skal revne. Ingen dager er like og det har vært favoritt sekken. Det har ikke vært noe ytre gjenstand som har påvirket det. Må han bytte sekk daglig og ikke benytte topplommen?
Sport 1 sa at vi måtte ta det gjennom DB for å få rask avklaring på reklamasjonen. Ved å sende inn mange bilder og bli avvist på denne måten av DB er virkelig dårlig. Den har revnet på samme sted på begge sider.

Non-existent customer service
The customer service is non-existent. I have tried to get a hold of them for over a week, and received no answer to my question. This used to be such a good brand but seems as quality has gone down…
Elendig service
Sekken jeg kjøpte ble sendt i retur til db fordi jeg var rakk å hente den før den ble sendt i retur grunnet reise. Ga beskjed til db samme dag som Postnord sendte den i retur, og de forklarte at det ikke var noe problem. De skulle sende den igjen med det samme de fikk den. To dager senere fikk jeg en ny post hvor de skriver at bagen er utsolgt, og at de derfor ikke kunne sende til meg. De refunderte beløpet, men valgte da å videreselge en bag jeg hadde kjøpt og betalt.
Kommer ikke til å kjøpe noe fra de igjen.

No refund, over 20 days went by
Over 20 days went by since I made a return and still no sign of a refund or email. I already did contact the customer service 2 weeks ago, no response yet. I’m really disappointed because I would have expected a professional customer service.
Update 01.07.2024:
STILL NO REFUND !!! I am getting really impatient.

15 days and no sign of a refund, not even a confirmation to see my return has been received. Sent an email to customer service and no response.
In this instance the zipper on the bag was really stiff and therefore not practical for photography where you need to capture things in the moment.
Will not be buying from them again as it’s too risky knowing I’ll have to chase them up if a product isn’t right. Very unprofessional.

Disappointing return capability
I ordered the Ramwerk Pro, a suitcase that is at the upper end of their price range. It was delivered promptly. However, when seeing the product irl I felt the quality didn’t match up to the price. Db markets itself as having a generous returns policy. I returned the suitcase within a week of receiving. It was delivered to their facility 2 days later. It has now been 4 weeks since that point and I am yet to receive a refund, despite being informed 2 weeks ago that they would process immediately.

Dårlig kundeservice
Gode bagger så synd at kundeservice er dritt.
Prøver å få bekreftelse på at en bag er retunert men det får jeg da ikke, og da heller ikke pengene tilbake for baggen.

De fikk orden på det tilslutt og ga meg 20% rabatt for bryet.

Their products are of great quality. I've had the Ramverk 21L backpack for 2+ years now and traveled to countless countries with it. I'm certain it will survive another good few years at least.

I bought the Ramverk Pro 2 months ago after nearly a year of doing my research online for a new backpack. At first I loved it, paired with the large insert there is plenty of space for all my camera gear and the bag looks sleek. After 2 months the laptop pouch zipper thread ripped off of the lining inside. This was not from any abnormal pulling or being aggressive with the bag. I have been trying for a week now to reach out and get this resolved as being a full time photographer and not being able to carry my laptop around with me has been miserable. It would be great if someone could get back to me on this.

Great product and great customer service
I ordered the Getaway Pro Luggage Bundle (Ramverk Pro Carry-On and Ramverk Pro Check-in Luggage large). I have to highlight the amazing support I received from the team when I had a few questions. Also the delivery was absolutely outstanding. Ordered yesterday afternoon and already received the luggage bundle today!! Thank you!! The product itself looks and feels great. Nice and stable design and overall great quality. Did not test it yet but already looking forward to my next flight!

Rask levering og god kundeservice!
Betalte ekstra for expresslevering. Fikk ordrebekreftelse på mail, men ikke sporingsnummer og lurte derfor på om pakken ville komme frem i tide. Kontaktet kundeservice som kunne informere om at pakken var sendt fra de samme dag. Veldig hjelpsomt team!
Dersom man ikke har sporingsnummer, kan man spore ordren fra brukerkontoen på hjemmesiden deres. Smart!
Pakken ankommer allerede 50 timer etter den var bestilt! Aldri opplevd så kjapp levering! Gleder meg til å reise med den nye, fine sekken min.

Skulle skicka en retur av varorna jag fått i två paket och när jag gjort returen fick jag bara en etikett. Tog lång tid och många mail innan de skickade en etikett till.

Literally the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, it's just marketing
I ordered some luggage and every time I fly with it, more of the hook-up clips rip out of the exterior. I've filed a warranty claim twice now to try to get the issue resolved and both times I am met with an email that states "Your Db Warranty claim has been approved. This type of damage is something covered by our 2-year warranty, and you will receive a code for a free replacement on our website in accordance with our warranty policy. Here is your code (valid for 3 months):" followed by a 15% discount code. I'm sorry but that is not a "free replacement" What kind of warranty BS is this? If your products are so reliable and you stand behind them, how about you stand behind your warranty?
DB is purely marketing. Their products are WAY overpriced for the quality and build. Sure they look pretty but they don't last and there's no hope of getting any issues resolved with their "customer support"
Purchase never arrived, terrible customer service
I made a purchase over 2 weeks ago and have received no shipping notification. When I reached out, I was given the tracking info which has not been updated in over a week.
I followed up multiple times on the ticket with no response. When I opened up a new ticket, the same customer service rep from the first ticket closed my new ticket saying he has responded to my original one.
So I am still here without my order or any help from DB

Was gifted a bag in December and it's already began to rip at the handle.
It's a backpack solely used to carry my laptop in - so I would understand it if it was me lugging around 00kgs but not a MacBook Air?
Customer communication has been absolutely abysmal - no reply to my email. They make it very difficult to get in touch with them through a ticket submission only.
Why no email address support is beyond me in this day and age.

Ordered december 29th and haven't been…
Ordered december 29th and haven't been delivered. It has gone 17 days and not been delivered yet. Contacted the support and they are replying every 4 or 5 day with a short reply not giving me any clarity where my package is.
UPDATE:
I got a full refund and they shipped the order with DHL Express instead. I'm really impressed how they handled the whole situation. Ida did a phenomenal work. I will continue being a DB geek.

Warning - incorrect deliveries
Great bags - however awful website experience and C&S. I've recieved the incorrect item ordered. Instead of a bag i've received a screw and they won't send the correct item that I've ordered. Instead they wished for me to return the item and make a new order. Now the original items are out of stock

Beställde en väska och valde att betala med klarna faktura. Har inte fått ett bekräftelse mail och går inte att avbryta orden. I appen klarna står det att de väntar på BD. Kundtjänsten är inte till nån hjälp.
