Unexplained Changes in Approved Commissions After 4 Months | Delayed Payments | No Transparency

It's already past mid-July, and I still haven’t received my commission from February and March. On top of that, my approved earnings were reduced after almost 4 months. When I asked why, I was simply told that the commissions were incorrect.

If they were incorrect, why were they approved in the first place? And how did no one notice this for 4 months? I don’t understand how this is my fault.

Also, before there were no rejected conversions, but now I see some conversions from March marked as rejected. Why is this happening after 4 months?

And lastly, why haven’t I been paid yet? Some of my earnings from February and March are still not approved. And your support team is not helpful in resolving any issue.

I have earned commission from 37 coupon…

I have earned commission from 37 coupon orders. At first it was showing at dashboard but then dash board shows zero while yearly income report was showing the earned amount.
Team assured me the issue has been resolved . But after some days it raised again.

They didn't pay me the bill, I ask for a report, there's no I just have to believe them what this is.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have reviewed your chat conversation with one of our agents and we have also checked your account to help resolve your concern promptly and accurately.

Upon review, it shows that your account balance is zero which is why there were no payments processed.

Please be assured that we set a high standard and we always make sure all campaign terms and conditions are mentioned respectively. As discussed via chat, the campaign follows a CPC/CPH User Journey in which the conversion is only attributed when the user lands on the website using your tracking Link and should search for flights/Hotels and clicks on any of the searched results. All these requirements must be met aside from the other terms mentioned in the campaign details that are shown in your account. The reports are as shown in your account. The conversion report is accurate as none of the clicks were attributed due to the fact that there was no tracking history. Please be reminded that just clicking on the tracking link won't attribute any commission.
