The item ordered was clearly stated as made-to-order and non-returnable before purchase. This information was shown on the product page, within our Terms & Conditions, and was explicitly agreed to via a mandatory checkbox at checkout.
Under UK consumer law, made-to-order items are exempt from the cooling-off period, and our decision was therefore correct and in line with the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
If there had been a genuine issue with the item, such as damage or an incorrect part supplied, we would of course have offered a refund or exchange.
We always aim to be transparent and are happy to answer any questions prior to ordering to ensure suitability.

Vinyl Wrap Review
Had my Golf R Mk7 fully colour changed with a Sherwood Green vinyl wrap at DC Prestige and couldn’t be happier with the result. The finish is spot on and the attention to detail across the whole wrap really shows.
From start to finish the process was straightforward, communication was great and the turnaround time was excellent. The car looks completely different now and gets attention everywhere it goes. Would highly recommend DC Prestige to anyone looking for a professional vinyl wrap or colour change.
Cant wait to get my carbon diffuser to finish the build off.

Good website, nice layout, easy and plentiful payment options. Only issue is the item I ordered said in stock on the web page. Alex reached out to me to inform me that the item has a 20 day lead time and to check if I wanted to wait or he could issue an immediate refund. Other than this issue, pleasant service.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a grill for my new Audi S3, unfortunately on delivery the box was badly damaged and the new grill was cracked (fault of the delivery company). My mother had signed for the package so I thought I may have a difficult time getting a replacement, I couldn't have been more wrong, Alex was superb, he was very helpful, professional and sorted a replacement straight away.
Excellent customer service and great company. Next time I need anything for my car I know where to go
