I have been with DCU for over 12 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about this credit union. Customer service is top tier.. both in person and on the phone. I always get questions answered quickly and always taken care of no matter the situation. Made opening an account for my son ease…
Made opening an account for my son ease and explained why the chat bot told me o would have to mail things in and me we have me an option of going to a branch but had said they would still have to mail the application off. Going in made it so I didn't have to do any of that and explained it all for me.
