I had not heard of DCUK until I was looking for a gift for my great aunties 100th birthday. Her daughter suggested DCUK and specifically “Flora Hat & Boot Duckling” in Teal. As it was a special occasion I included her name and also the gist box.

When it arrived I was really surprised with the beautiful presentation box and the ducking itself was adorable. We were all so excited to celebrate such a milestone with her and I can honestly say “Flora Hat & Boot Duckling” gave her the biggest smile, not a dry eye in the house!!! The ducks and penguins are absolutely wonderful .,well crafted and decorated what disappointed me was the gift bag , if I had known the box wouldn’t fit inside the bag I wouldn’t have purchased it as it is I now have to buy a gift bag elsewhere and I am left with one I can’t use. So if you buy the box for the ducks please don’t also buy the gift bag . Apart from that everything else is perfect

Bought my dinky ducks from a garden centre at the weekend after admiring them for years but not realising that you can get free replacement name tags!!! (well done for having a sign to advise of this).
Ordering the replacement tags online was simple and they arrived today. My DCUKs are now all tagged up with the names of my friends (and my friends dog 🐾) and are ready to make amazing personalised pressies!

Received Lola duck today and the quality is first class, the duck is beautiful, such a character I absolutely love it. The customer service is excellent as is the delivery. I can't fault this company and I love the huge selection of ducks for all occasions I gladly give them a 5* rating.

Having previously ordered ducks from dcuk before, I wanted to order another to celebrate the birth of my great niece - as her 2 big brothers have ducks. I gave dcuk a call as I couldn’t see the same ducks on the website. They went above and beyond to organise a duck to match the others, applying a discount aswell. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend them as a company. Top marks to Katy!

I contacted DCUK about why their wedding characters only portrayed heterosexual characters. I was that they did not have these but was told these were planned. The next time I enquired I was told that I could buy two ‘brides’ but they would be looking away from each other! Nice huh?
I have boycotted them ever since and searched the website again today but still nothing LGBTQ+. As an aside, I also note from their email that they are now charging for their stickers that they used to pop in the boxes for free. Poor decision again DCUK.
It’s a sad time when our glorious diverse individual society is still not celebrated by all.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with Dcuk service, my wife lost the name tag and Dcuk very kindly replaced it free of charge, thank you very much .

What an awesome personalised product with customer service to match. Product is such good quality and value. I’ll for sure be collecting these in the future. I’d suggest buying straight from the company as per the service and also to personalise the tags, as you won’t get this from other distributors of the product to my knowledge.

Unfortunately there was a problem with my order. I think you judge a company on how they handle problems. The customer service is amazing. Shout out to jasmine who was brilliant in sorting things out.
