I worked with Alex Parker on the gift choice, engraving on champagne bottle and shipping details, he was great. He gave me updates and actually sent a picture of the actual bottle. But I was told by the hotel the way I addressed the gift was not correct and possibly would not be delivered properly. So I contacted Alex gave him the updated information and he had package redirected back to dc wines and then changed address, shipped to arrive at front desk of hotel.
I was informed that it has safely arrived and I am ver pleased and thankful

Looking for a particular gift product for a while. DC Wine and Spirits had it and helped me with getting it shipped on time to my friend to meet a deadline for receipt. Did it all on the chat line with a gentleman named Alex Parker who was a real help!

This place somehow closed an order that I had in my shopping cart but would NOT ship on time so I never placed the order. They placed it anyway and I didn't get notified about it until more than 24 hours later when they had shipped the order I never placed and now if I can cancel they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee!!!! For something I NEVER ODRDERED! Be careful
