I received a very swift competitive quote with a short wait time for a new Worcester Combi boiler. The engineer was extremely competent & took great pride in his work. Nothing was any trouble for him and he did everything that I requested which included hiding the pipework behind the plasterboard walls and concealing the replacement gas pipe internally rather than having an unsightly gas pipe running across the outside gable end of my house. Great care was taken with the preparation by ensuring my fairly new carpets were fully protected. All rubbish was taken away leaving the site tidy. After using many tradesmen over the years I highly rate this company as being up there with the best. They take great pride in their workmanship and are well managed by the owner who is so passionate to be the best in the business. I expect & maintain high standards myself and this company certainly didn’t disappoint - the 5* rating is fully justified. Stafford D Knaresborough.

Daniel came out to survey for a boiler renewal, he was very professional,arrived at the stated time and gave a competitive quote. Following agreeing a price the install was booked for today. The two heating engineers Tom and Alfie arrived at 08.00 and were very polite, we walked through the install, flue location and condensate drain install as the boiler was to be installed in an internal cupboard on the 1st floor. The lads were very polite, covered the stair carpet and landing to protect it and completed the job efficiently explaining at each stage what they were doing and ran through the boiler operation when completed. They removed all the waste and ensured the house was left very clean. I would highly recommend the company who were excellent from first contact to completion and a special mention for both Tom and Alfie who were a great team.

Last Autumn decided I needed a service package for my 12 year old IDEAL boiler, so entered into one with IDEAl. Engineeer did a good job but warned me I should get a new boiler soon and he gave me the address of a Gas fitter. So this August I got a quote from him but before accepting it approached IDEAL for recommended fitters. One was DD Davis and seeing as I live an hours drive from them I doubted there'd be interested. I was wrong the assessor was there the very next day, who was very professional. Their quote was £500 under the quote I'd had and with theirs there were no ifs and buts. They did recommend a slightly higher output boiler than I already had.
Accepted it, booked date and to order two DD Davis employees arrived on time.
Had two gentlemen arrive and stuck to the job of fitting it in a wholly professional manner but were willing to answer any questions I had. Took me through how to use the boiler (set water and radiator temperatures). That was it and the boiler has run perfectly.
Have just had my first bill since the fitting and my gas usage was the lowest figure for any month in more than 4 years. Yes, I should have changed it before and done it instead of paying out for the 6 month maintenance contract.

Brilliant from start to finish had one of his engineers in today for a full boiler change made sure everything was done correctly was eager to answer any question asked will be keeping in contact for more work done in my home , also very quick to reply when texting and makes you feel a priority.

Great from start to finish. Not pushy. Gave honest advice and competitive price for quality service. Managed to fit us in quickly as we were without heating and hot water. Would definitely recommend.
