I found the service from DDP Property to be very lacking. While they initially appeared professional, in practice, responses were slow and incomplete. I felt uncertain about the investment decisions I was making and left frustrated with the whole process.

The listings appeared well maintained, and the overall platform felt trusty.

The search and filter options are very helpful and save a lot of time.

It has been a great experience to work with DDP Property. The team is very accommodative and the speed at which they make portfolio decisions really works. They do not only assist you to purchase properties but they also inform you of the market, assist you in making wise choices and support you at all times. I am glad I jumped with them--it has been worth a million dollars!

I used DDP Property as a buyer’s agent and overall the experience was disappointing. I felt like I was constantly waiting and chasing them for updates. Calls often went unanswered and responses rarely came on time, which was frustrating—especially after spending $11,000 on their service.

There were some parts of the process that were handled professionally, but the lack of communication made the whole experience stressful. I hope they improve their responsiveness and support for future clients

I’m so glad I chose DDP to guide me in my investment journey. I learned so much about the industry and the do’s and dont’s. The team were very professional and very knowledgeable in the field. I would work with DDP again to build my investment portfolio.

Unfortunately, my experience with this buyer’s agency was highly disappointing. Despite providing a clear and specific brief, the properties presented were repeatedly misaligned with my requirements.

More concerning was their consistent failure to negotiate purchase prices of properties in my favour. In at least three separate cases when speaking directly with the real estate agents it was confirmed they would have accepted significantly lower offers than those communicated to by the DDP represented. In one case it was AUD 35,000 less than what the agency recommended offering. This clearly demonstrated a lack of effort to advocate on my behalf as a client.

In the end, the property I eventually purchased was found and negotiated entirely without their involvement, as they had failed to deliver on their core service. When I raised these issues, instead of offering a partial refund or taking accountability, they merely proposed a free “strategic session” moving forward and referred to my CRM notes. Through several emails as my designated buyer’s agent would not return my calls or messages I requested, they share these ‘notes’ and there has been no response. Why would I continue working with an agency that has shown little regard for my best interests and appeared more focused on closing the case after collecting full payment upfront?

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service. I wish I took the reviews more seriously before wasting all that money. Please do not fall for their sales pitch you are better off going with an agency that is upfront about their commissions and only collects full payment once they have sourced a property for you.

DDP Property charged my SMSF $7,000 twice in April 2023 (buyer’s agent fee at purchase of a property in WA). Despite repeated requests and formal letters of demand in 2025, they still haven’t refunded the money or resolved the issue. Over a year later, no accountability, no resolution.

I have had a great experience with DDP property the team are very helpful , listen and help guide me through the process , I have achieved good results using DDP , Zaki and his team do a great job and I would not hesitate in using them again and recommending them to others .

Honest Review – Beware of This Buyer’s Agent

We had an awful experience with this buyer’s agent and feel completely misled. They showed us properties that were not legally compliant for dual rental income, and another property that had earthquake damage—none of which was disclosed upfront. When we realized the situation and requested a refund, they outright refused.

To make matters worse, this company is licensed/registered in Victoria, while we are in NSW. We have since lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading, where we learned that similar complaints have been filed against them in the past, indicating a poor track record.

We are now stuck due to their deceptive practices and feel completely blocked from moving forward. If anyone wants to hear more about our experience, we are more than happy to share. Please be cautious before engaging with them.

Each call we made or email we sent was promptly answered by someone.

The staff were all accommodating. They patiently response to my queries.

I purchased a block of land and consulted DDP about their offer where they will pay you to use their builder. After doing my due diligence, their choice of builder provided 20sq home and more expensive than a 26sq home that I was offered from another builder.

I would suggest people to be wary and cautious of the offer DDP makes and ensure that they are getting a good value. Always do your research, compare like for like and don’t be pressured by the push-sales tactic from DDP sales team.

Zaki was a pleasure to work with and he did an excellent job. We could not be happier with the entire buying experience. We are thankful for his advice and patience with us!
