The whole process of leasing a Canon Multi-Function Centre was just too easy. Greg and the team went above and beyond to ensure there were no hiccups that prevented us from receiving our printer on time. I know in the future we will need additional MFC's and I have no hesitation with getting them from DDS. Good job guys.

The entire process was smooth and efficient from removal of existing hardware to install of new hardware.
Technicians were friendly and knowledgable and were able to work through any initial connectivity issues we have to minimise any disruptions.
After sales support is also to be commended, we have spoken with DDS post sales a couple of times and they have been able to provide solutions promptly and also co-ordinate with our external IT provider to ensure things are working smoothly

DDS arrived at the time they promised to install our new printer. A driver and technician both came. The technician ensured all staff understood how to fully operate the machine and showed us how to keep it clean and even recommended the best paper to use in a photocopier. Excellent customer service provided beforehand as well.
