I had some damaged flooring due to a leak and was in full panic mode needing to get it sorted, Lee was prompt in coming to view the room he gave solid advice with clear next steps and no obligation he even made a second visit when I had some follow-up questions, moving on to the work required this was completed with a great turnaround time and to a great standard, communication, time keeping etc were all perfect throughout and I see no reason I would ever go anywhere else for flooring.

Highly recommend! Had our landing and stairs carpeted yesterday and very happy. Only took a morning and looks amazing! Lee came round with samples and gave very competitive quote. 5⭐

In these tricky covid ping times, these guys were professional throughout, updating dates and times and did such a great job for us. Highly recommend. Replaced flood damaged hallway and dining room carpet with quality vinyl wood effect look and we're thrilled with how it looks.

We got a few quotes and decided to go with Chris & Lee as they were so helpful and patient while we went back and forwards with colours. They’ve re-floored our entire house and done an amazing job, the workmanship is of great quality and they were very reasonably priced. Chris text me the night before each of their visits to confirm when they would be with us and they were bang on time, tidy and super helpful!

Chris and Lee fitted a new bedroom carpet this week. Throughout the process of quotation through to completion, they were very professional and extremely helpful in supplying samples and understanding what we wanted. They were flexible in terms of when they could fit the new carpet and proactively offered to help with any furniture moving and then returning it back into the room. They also took all the old carpet away and provided suggestions on how they could help on some future work we are looking to have completed. Overall very impressed from start to finish. I have had carpet and vinyl fitted in my property. Fantastic friendly customer service. The communication was excellent and I was explained everything up front before any decisions were made. Good quality product fitted and I am extremely happy with the result. They were very quick and clean fitting and cleaned up after themselves.

Chris & Lee (Deakin & Peck Flooring) have just completed carpeting at our property.

They removed existing carpeting & underlay and were very careful not to mark or damage any of the new decorations to the walls and woodwork. They then carpeted our lounge, stairs, landing, changing area, 2 fitted wardrobes, 3 bedrooms plus a new loft conversion that had to be accessed from an integral ladder.

Due to recent building works & decorations Chris & Lee had to carry out the flooring out of sequence over 3 separate visits.

They were both very courteous, respectful & trustworthy. All of the works were carried out to the agreed budget and timescale.

I have no hesitation in recommending Deakin & Peck Flooring (Chris & Lee.)

Chris and Lee fitted carpets upstairs and downstairs in our old cottage which presented some challenges. They were very helpful suggesting solutions with clear communication. There was a mix up with the carpet tiles from the supplier but they worked to fix this with minimum disruption. Would highly recommend them and will be using them again.
