Coming from a fellow photographer— my experience with Steven at Deals All Year Camera was great from start to finish! He communicated with me about the status of my lens repair often and got it back to me before the New Year. I would definitely recommend coming here for your camera needs.

I purchased a Sony Alpha A7 IV camera body and a Sony Lens (FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM). This was a big purchase for me. Before spending my hard earned money, I did a lot of research, and then chose Deals All Year. What a great business. I had the pleasure of working with Steven. What a great guy. There were many phone calls and emails due to some logistical issues with shipping to Alaska. And that is an Alaska thing on my end not an issue with Deals All Year. I don't think I have ever had better customer service. Due to there being a 4 hour time difference, I know Steven was helping me well past his normal working hours. My camera and accessories arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged so well, it could have been airdropped from a Boeing 747 (without a parachute) and it wouldn't have a scratch on it. So often we don't meet real people when we are shopping online. I don't know much about Steven, but I do know he took great pride in his job. He really cared about helping me out and it showed in his wonderful customer service. He definitely went above and beyond. I look forward to doing future business with "Deals All Year". Great Experience.

My boyfriend and I recently visited this store and the customer service was AMAZING! (Which is hard to come by these days) From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you’re treated like family. I’m a visual arts major in college who recently wanted to get into film. I knew I wanted a camcorder but knowing very little, I had so many questions. I was helped by Steven who took the time to answer every single one of them! Their expertise, prices, and selections were amazing as well. Rather than other big chain stores, they allowed me to get up close and personal with the cameras, explained everything to me, and were beyond helpful. They were so reliable, honest, and such great people. Highly recommended for any camera needs!

What I like about Deals All Year
Camera Store is they sell Sunpak Tripods online. Kevin was great in helping me get the right model 7500TM 2 in 1 tripod and monopod. We text each other the photos so I new I had the right model.
This is a terrific tripod. I have used it as a professional sports Videographer and also non sports filming .
The tripod is mobile and holds a TV Made ready camera NX 5 Sony Pro Cam real steady when I film. It’s locks the camera in place and the tripod balances well. I can change the angle easy without risk of damage to thecamera.
It also has a monopod which you can use if you need to change positions quickly and still have still footage.

Steven was very helpful, his customer service was great ! We are not very camera savvy and being in the market for a used camera for our granddaughter he introduced us to a model we believe she will really enjoy! Thank you again, we will be back for a camera tutorial with our granddaughter!

I ran across Deals All Year by chance I normally buy my camera gear from B and H or Amazon but Deals had the best price which concerned me. I wasn't sure if the camera was new or a referb. and I also wanted to check their return policy just in case I wasn't happy once it arrived. Because I wasn't sure about the company I spoke with Steven several times before I made the purchase he assured me that the camera would be new and that I had month to return it.He always answered or returned my call.The camera arrived a day early with a few unexpected extras. I am very pleased with my lovely FX-3. Needless to say I will do business with Deals All Year again.

Although it takes a while to get a confirmation emaiI after buying, they consistently have the lowest prices for top of the line Nikon cameras on the internet.

I've dealt with multiple big stores that sell used gear, so I didn't expect to be impressed when I visited the store. Steven changed my mind on that. He is extremely knowledgeable about Canon cameras, both past and present, and was able to make some excellent recommendations for lenses. The prices are very reasonable, and more to the point, you can actually test things out before you buy them, something I had not experienced in used gear for many many years. I will definitely visit and buy from him again.
