Deals All Year Avis 

I just purchased a camera and tripod from “Deals all year” and am very pleased with the personnel there. Kevin, Stevin and Ed. While photography has been a hobby of mine for many years, I wanted to step up to a better camera. I know the basics of cameras, but, now I needed advice on which way to go. They took the time to explain the different cameras and answered all my questions. There was no pressure to buy something. Especially since I was purchasing a top end camera. So after seeing the cameras they suggested I reviewed them and understood what I was buying better.
I do not like buying on line as you do not get to really talk to anyone about the cameras. After purchasing my camera at the store, they walked me through the set up and got me started so I could go out and take pictures right away. The new cameras can be overwhelming as they do so much, but, I was able to take pictures to my satisfaction. Everyone there spent considerable time with my purchase. I will surely go back there when I need more items as I trust they will help me. They are all very knowledgeable , and that in itself is priceless. I will not be wasting my money on stuff that will not work for me.
So I give them all 5 stars, the highest rating. This is the store to go to, when you need good advice, good gear, and good people.

Deals all year is a convenient and family felt brand and camera and digital needs company! I appreciate them dearly for being so patient with me . I drove 2 hours from PA to come visit and upgrade to the cinema camera Sony a7siii. It was fast and easy process , not to mention the massive price difference they have over any other competitors .

I highly recommend deals all year to all content creators. They also offer trade ins and fast delivery . Steven and his whole team were polite and very professional . I applaud them for their on going customer service . I will choose them every time and so should you !

I wish I could have found this place earlier. I used to go to a random best buy and get my camera gear there and as a result, I have probably wasted hundreds of dollars. At Deals All Year, the gear is affordable and the service is fantastic. If you are interested, Steven White is the person who helped me out.
Upon walking into the place, you will see a ton of camera equipment ranging from old-timey cameras to gimbles. I’m sure this place will have what you are looking for just from seeing the inventory they have alone. Afterward, a customer service rep will help you pinpoint exactly what you need and even let you try the equipment out before buying it. The workers will also bring out alternative options in your price range just in case the item you intended on buying didn’t fit your needs. Again, the service was amazing and the workers gave off a very homey vibe. I will definitely be coming back for future equipment!

This place is great! When I called on the phone they told me I could stop by right away to get my camera checked out. When I entered the store I was greeted with a wonderful staff. Steven was super kind and helpful. He checked out my camera and told me he would take a look at it and give me a call back later with the results. As promised, he called me the same night. My camera could not be fixed but Steven offered me a great deal on a camera extremely similar. The price was great compared to the same cameras for sale online. This was great news to hear because at another camera store they wouldn’t even bother looking at my camera or offered me anything similar to it. Two days later I went back and was greeted by Steven again. He had the camera ready for me and it was perfect. I highly recommend coming here, the service is great, the prices are great and it was overall a great shopping experience. The store is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most important of all; special. Upon entering you immediately notice the love in the air as the stacks of camera equipment around the room show the true depth of expertise found at this location. The staff was extremely friendly and even after making my purchase (which was exactly what I had been looking for well within my price range) I wanted to stay longer to soak up the energy. They also gave me a special gift which I can not write about here because no one except myself and Deals All Year will understand the significance. Great purchase experience and equipment. I was looking for another camera body as I expanded my Soukou Productions business and wanted to make that purchase in person and not online. The staff there was very professional and ensured that the product I desired was in stock and could be tested on the day I arrived. Definitely recommend.

Steven had a great energy, and easy to connect with. When we walked into his store we were shocked by the huge selection he had. He was very knowledgeable about the cameras, features, and additives. He was also extremely fair in his pricing compared to everywhere I had looked, so I was sold immediately. He made sure that I had everything I needed before I left. The experience I had in that store was far better then it would have been somewhere else. He was very kind, and I could feel that it wasn’t so much about selling the camera, but helping me as an artist. So for that, I’m thankful. I’ll be back, and would suggest his store to everyone.

I was not familiar with Deals All Year before this transaction as I was only familiar with outlets that had a larger presence, like Adorama and BH. However, Deals All Year were the only ones who had the Sony A7 Mark 4 in stock. I researched them and found great reviews and even any reviews that were not, they responded in kind to create context -- which tells me they care about their brand and customer experience.

Upon calling them I was impressed with their sales team who approached me like a person versus a sale. They ensured they had the right product within their inventory and once they verified, helped execute the sale.

The products arrived quickly, and I followed up with another order.

Lastly, one item did have an issue that ended up being a manufacturing defect. However, during the process of support the Deals All Year people helped me troubleshoot. Once they verified it wasn't something I was doing wrong, they immediately processed a shipping label for me to return/exchange the item for another.

I went into Deals All Year today and had a phenomenal experience. They had everything that I needed and Steven and his associate were so friendly, kind and helpful. It couldn’t have gone better. I can’t wait to go back to purchase an upgraded camera body soon. I highly recommend this shop.

Great customer service they told me from jump don't worry they got me and they did. They treated me like family. I had ordered the wrong lens and they contacted me quickly to let me know it wasn't gonna be compatible they got me the correct lens in a timely fashion. They went beyond and above duty I appreciate it

I saw a Canon RF 70-200 f2.8 at DealsAllYear, a lens that was sold out in a few of my usual camera spots and for $200 less. I was skeptical. DealsAllYear.com?? Sounded like a scam site, but seemed to have a lot of positive reviews.

I called them the next day after I ordered. They picked up quickly and asked where I purchased, either Amazon, Ebay, Google, etc. I said their site/google search. They asked me a lot of questions to find the order, again, I was like hmm. But maybe a smaller store was slightly less organized with less resources.

They said they had the order and would ship when they shipped out the rest of the orders. I ordered on Thursday morning at 8am.

They called me the next day to tell me they were preparing to ship and asked me if I wanted to buy a $150 5 year CPS warranty. Now, I was like, uh, no?? but it comes with FedEx rush shipping/ flown instead of driven by USPS. That appealed to me, but opted to go no warranty and longer shipping.

Monday comes and they call again asking me if I had decided on the warranty. This time I was open to it at a lower price to get the rush shipping - despite thinking it should have already been shipped, so I tried to negotiate the price on it. They said no, but might be able to include a filter.

So after a few calls and negotiations, they included a better filter with the lens + the warranty. I wouldn't normally have done it but it seemed like a no brainer, mainly to get rush shipping/insurance, and I was actually pretty excited about the filter as well.

Overall, very happy. I love the lens & Kolari Filter. I got it 11 days after ordering- the shipping fiasco was probably the most annoying thing, but it's a smaller store with an already given discount, so what can you do?? I'd get it here and just pay for the rush shipping if I would suggest anything. I doubt I'll use the warranty, but considering I got a more expensive filter plus shipping, it all worked out.

But to answer my initial worries, the store is absolutely legit. And Steve, my contact with the store, was super cool. I had the most fun conversations with him despite them being about the warranty.

Ahh! Deals all year, honestly one of my best finds! I was freaking out one day because I ordered the wrong film for my Olympus Film Camera and was frantically searching for some place that carried film.
I checked Walmart, Target, even Best Buy and thought I was out of luck. But then I searched up camera places near me and boom, Deals all Year popped up; called them immediately and asked before I made the commute. Steve answered the phone and told me to come by and that he had plenty of film in the store. Steve has honestly been great and has helped me so much. I am no expert when it comes to film cameras or even cam corders. He has helped me out tremendously and I can’t thank him enough. He will literally help you with anything you need, I promise. He has helped me get my film pictures developed and has even helped me get video footage from my old camcorder onto a hard drive so I can download it onto my computer. He has taught me so much about my cameras and has honestly been nothing but the best. Thank you for being such a great person! Deals all the Year is the place to go for your cameras!

As my dad passed away, he had given me a few older cameras including a Nikon D50, which was not working and had a faulty sensor. Stephen at "Deals all Year", took great care and fully repaired the D50, restoring my late dad's camera to it's original state. I just used it to take pictures at an Ice skating show! So happy about this!

Deals All Year (brick and mortar) and Global Camera USA (Amazon) share the same physical address. 445 NJ-23 b, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444. My purchase was from their Amazon entity. I also took note of a post on Canon Price Watch that stated this business is the former Ryther Camera in NJ.

I purchased a Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L is II USM Lens - 9524B002 (Renewed) from them going through Amazon for $2,347.57 which included sales tax. The lens is covered by the Amazon 90 return policy. They promptly shipped the lens. It was nicely packed. Once received I looked it over for any physical damage. None noted. Placed the lens on the shelf to be used at a later date. Had no rush to check lens, due to the 90 day return policy.

A short time later I ran some focusing test with a commercial lens testing software using a focusing chart. The auto-focus seemed defective. I then photographed some rapidly moving objects at a high shutter speed using 2 different Canon bodies. Confirmed, auto-focus is not quite correct. Also noted an intermittent clicking noise when the lens was attempting to focus. No problem. I’ll just return it under the Amazon 90 Day return policy for full refund. Applied for a return shipping label via Amazon. Received.

As a rule, especially when returning such an expensive item, I take many photographs of the item being returned prior to being re-packed for return shipment. This case was no different. I took in excess of 15 full resolution photographs of this lens, from multiple angles, from approx 18 inches, just minutes before re-packing. This lens did not have any cosmetic issues of any kind. However it does have an internal auto-focusing issues. Re-packed the lens, and dropped if off at my local UPS Store.

A few days later I received an Amazon notification that I had a refund for the lens. Checked my account and noted that I was being charge a fee of $438.80. I immediately contacted the seller and inquired what was going on. Someone there using the name Fred b, claimed the lens had ‘marks’ on it and needed to be repaired. This is when I began to think this was a scam in the making. I immediately once again contacted Amazon CS and had them to request a photo of this alleged ‘mark’ upon this lens be sent to me Once I received this photograph, and knowing that this ‘mark’ was not on this lens as I recall, I then knew where this was going. I was out of town and let the seller know that I too had taken photographs of the lens just minutes before return shipping, and once I was back home I would compare my photographs to theirs.

Once back home I compared the single low resolution photograph that was sent to me by Fred b, to my 15+ high resolution photographs. This ‘mark’ was not on this lens when I returned it. I sent Fred b 3 of the 15 photographs I had taken. Fred b had no idea I had more images, and I was going see if Fred b would dig himself into a hole. He did. Fred b replied back that my photographs were from far away, and at a different angle. Once he said this, I had no doubt they were attempting to scam me out of $438.00.

I immediately contacted Amazon CS and offered the remaining photographs of this lens that I had taken, that clearly indicated there we NO ‘marks’ of any kind upon this lens, anywhere! One of the CS that I had spoken with verified this fact, and opened a claim against the seller. Once Amazon looked at the evidence, I was issued a refund for the $438.80 fee. The issue is now between Amazon and Deals All Year / Global Camera USA.

Not only was this website awesome for finding the best deal for my girlfriends camera, I paid for shipping so it would be at my house in two days, but fedex was saying it was going to arrive 3 days too late. Thankful for Gary and his awesome customer service, he retrieved the package personally and shipped it overnight to arrive a day before my girlfriends birthday. Thank you so much Gary!

I couldn't find any camera on Amazon. So I asked my friend and; she told me about this shop. I was doubting at first but gave it a shot, turn out it was great and, they took care of the product, from packaging to shipping it here. Now I can enjoy taking pictures in my garden! Thank you!
