Deals All Year Avis 

After spending some time searching for the perfect camera I came across Deals All Year. I'm really new to high end cameras and I first spoke to Steven White and he was one of the most helpful sales people I've came across in my life. I've worked in high end sales for over two decades and all I have to say is WOW. What a great guy. Steven was so helpful in talking me thru all of the options available within my price range and capabilities. I was going on a trip to Sedona and he assured me that he would put a rush on the process to make sure I received it just in time! Steven was available throughout my trip to help me with setting up the camera and any questions I have. He's brilliant! Thank you Steven! I'll be reaching out to him directly with all of my photography needs moving forward and I suggest you do the same.

I originally had issues with this seller. I had ordered a Canon lens at the end of November and the website stated that it would take 5-7 business days to ship. I ordered from them because their lens was about $300 less than on other websites. I received an email confirming the order, and then heard nothing. I emailed them twice 2 weeks after the initial order and received no response. I finally called and complained. Kevin(?) looked into it and said that the lens was on back orders which I was fine with if someone had only told me. Eventually, he found a display lens that was new, but missing the original box and asked if that would be ok. He added some extra filters for free and express shipped it so that it would arrive before Christmas. The lens is working well and my husband appreciated the lens filters. So if you're wanting to contact them, call instead of email. You'll get better results. They will try to satisfy your requests after you speak with them.

Steven was awesome...I was so pleased to actually be able to talk to a real person..not something you find much these days in an automated world. He help to clear up a "redundant" order on an expensive, mirrorless Nikon body and then went the extra mile to personally call me on several occasions to update as to the a potential ship date since it was ordered over the Holidays but was really needed to be at a location in Phoenix for one of our photographers who was assigned there and needed to do a commercial job next week. He promised he would personally expedite & track the shipment and then updated me on my cell. Deals All Year will definitely be my "go to" for all of our company's camera needs! 👍🏻👍🏻

I contacted Deals All Year over a holiday weekend via phone to find they were closed. Supringsly right afterwards I received a text from Steven letting me know that they were off until Monday but asked if he could help me with anything. After some back and forth questions and answers he let me know that he would call me Monday morning to put together the complete order (It was quite a bit of product). Sure enough, Monday came and Steven called like he said he would. He was very thorough with all of my questions and advised on some changes based upon my needs as this was to be a Christmas Gift for my wife. After completing the order I received shipping information promptly and my products arrived as described within 3 days. I couldn't be happier with all the personalzed service, help and insight that I received and will definitely be ordering from them in the future. Let me also mention that since the transaction, Steven has been in contact with me and fielded a few questions. Service i definitely would not have gotten from a bigger store.

Steven White works for them in customer service, and he is exceptional to work with. I had extensive issues with my decision making, lens selection, and even returning some lenses, but with Deals All Year, it was as if all was OK!

Steven. from the beginning reached out to me on a private phone call to help me make the most educated purchase possible. I felt cared for and like my opinion and thoughts were valued and beneficial to him and the. company as a whole.

Later on, Steven chatted with me on my filming and photography interests. It was nice to have a friend from an unexpected place and moment in life.

Lastly, he helped me return a lens. He worked extremely hard to respond fast and be comprehensive in his approach to helping me. Now I have my money back and I can continue on without feeling bummed with an unfulfilled return.

I was looking for a video camera and consequently I ran into Steven of DealsAllYear.Com. Of course, I checked Adorama, etc and Steven is most helpful individual tech support of all. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional on what he does. He educated me regarding pros and cons based on the my budget I had. And when I had issues about equipment from other stores and company he still took the time to help me. It’s good to have people like him. It makes living more enjoyable.

Made my purchase through Ebay. Obviously, with that, you never know what you're going to get and who you're going to deal with. We initially dealt with Gary, who talked through warranty options after our initial purchase. Later, we worked with Steven on some questions we had about our product and all the features. They were both fantastic to work with and we would definitely do business with them again.

I usually do not write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. I had bought an expensive lens as gift for my wife’s birthday as she loves to take photographs and always wanted a high quality zoom lens. But this lens did not quite do all that she needed it to. Needless to say my wife was upset and wanted to get one she would be happy with and bring her excitement as she took her pictures.

She called Steven and asked about exchanging and upgrades and how that process would work. Steven was extremely helpful. First, he always answered the phone. We never had to wait on line forever just to get a live breathing person. Second, he essentially had us on a conference call with himself, me and my wife and explained the entire process from sending the original back, labelling, money exchanges/ refunds etc. Third, he kept us updated. Often times even texting us on his day off or on the weekends. Fourth, he would follow up with his shipper from the west coast. Even during a Snow blizzard on the east coast when companies were sending people home for their safety Steven was trying to track down the new upgraded Lens that we ordered. Lastly, He promised & got us the item before Christmas. He delivered on everything he promised and more. It’s nice to know there are still good , honest people who want to do the right thing and abide by the number one rule of any company…….Keeping the Client happy. Needless to say we will definitely be buying future Camera items from him thanks Steven.

I had the best experience with deals all year. In a shipping error that took place, I drove over (luckily being local), and spoke with the workers there. They proceeded to give me a great deal (no pun intended) On a lense/SD card for the error and continued to speak with me about what they do. This is a great company and I will not go anywhere else for my products or needs!! If you need something, they’ve got your back!

I purchase the Canon EF 70-200mm lens, which I love. I was a bit Hesitant to buy it, but thanks to the knowledge and wit of Steven I made the purchase.
