Deals All Year Avis 

I purchased a camera earlier this year and the couple of times of needed to call them, they immediately took care of my problem. Come to find out, it was a problem on my end and not theirs but they were extremely helpful and I had a quick response.

I've been working with Deals All Year since 2017. Since day one I have been able to buy and trade my equipments with confidence and been sure I was getting the best deal possible. Steven has been fantastic, not only by providing a empathic customer service but making us feel like very important customers on the phone and at the store. I was able to swap and upgrade my entire photography equipment with them and still coming back to Deals All Year for more... great brands, great prices, definitively I highly recommend Deals All Year por all your Photography and Video Needs. Steven keep raising the bar...!!!

Great experience. I needed new camera urgently since I was booked for the destination wedding in Miami I tried ordering Canon eos R5 from B&H which is backorder, after waiting weeks I canceled my order and decided to try buying it from Deals All Year. That was the perfect decision, I placed my order on Friday and received my new baby on Tuesday! It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

I've been shopping with DealsAllYear for several years now. They have a great selection of Nikon gear with unbeatable prices. They recently (2020) helped me acquire a newly released lens that nobody else had, and ended up taking others months to get. When you call, you'll get an actual person, and someone who will help you. I don't always buy a warranty, but I've been happy with the one's I have purchased. Not only that, but they have connections to service just about any Nikon gear. More easily, faster, and more reasonable than NikonUSA IMO.

I ordered a mirrorless camera from this shop, I accidentally ordered the wrong model. The Owner was more than considerate, a very kind and professional attitude, he addressed my issue right away and was able to set up a return label for me to return the item for what I wanted. The Operations was more than 5 stars for me, I would recommend this seller to everyone. Best in customer service and relationship service, what a business should be.

Very unprofessional and sells wrong/bad products. To save everyone time I will provide the shorter story, but if you want to read the full story I will write that up as well.

Short Story:
Lied to me over email, sells wrong products, unprofessional and misspelled emails, lack of communication.

Long Story:
I purchased a sony camera with a 5 year extended warranty. The warranty was through MackCam Warranty. A few months later I get a call from MackCam saying that my seller (DealsAllYear) never paid them and therefore they canceled my warranty. I sent an email to DealsAllYear, a week an a half later of silence. I then called DealsAllYear, I was ensured by an employee that an email will be sent to me, a week later, no response. Recalled DealsAllYear, the staff member Steven told me DealsAllYear shifted from MackCam Warranty to a "much better one" and would transfer me a 3 year warranty through this "amazing company". I told him I would not accept a 3 year warranty when I paid for a 5 year, and did not appreciate believing my camera was ensured when it was not. He complied to offer me a 5 year equivalent. Was told that a week from then I would receive the confirmation email. Two weeks later, no response. Emailed DealsAllYear. DealsAllYear responded "We sent this a few days ago" and submitted copied text of a Warranty confirmation; but the newly purchased warranty said it was activated that day. I requested a refund through PayPal, DealsAllYear offered a store discount if I did not refund, even a small compensation if I stayed.

All in all, this experience was terrible and do not recommend this company to anyone.

I used Ebay to search for the lowest pricing for Canon RF 70-200 2.8L. Which led me to deals all year. I called the store to verify the item, spoke to Kevin. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He was decent enough to send a an invoice through paypal. On my behalf I waited a week to complete the invoice. I called ahead and said is the invoice still good? Of course sir he replied. I sent the funds and on exactly 3 days my item arrived. Factory fresh, packed well. I recommend Deals all year Camera Store and Kevin he's the guy you wanna deal with.

I purchased a lens on Deals All Year. This lens was cheaper than on most of other sites. The lens was expedited as promised. I've tried the lens and works great, I even registered the product on Canon's website with no problem. Deals All Year is a great company to work with. I will be buying more photography items from this company.

Been 2 weeks and we still never got a tracking number or a answer to any of my emails. We sent 6 or 7. I also sent them a message on facebook. Don't make customers wait for 2 weeks with no answers!

I like dealing with one person when it comes to major purchases, Steven knows his stuff and he’s passionate about his work. Product returns are a snap! I changed my mind about a couple items and it wasn’t a big deal getting a refund. Personally my focus is action sports photography and Deals All Year has what I need. the customer service was excellent!
they helped me with all that i needed and they have really good deals.

I placed an order for two cameras last week, knowing that they were gray market cameras. I called the store and spoke to Kevin first. He told me that they had the cameras in stock and that they use several warehouses in the US to ship products. So, I made the purchase. A few days later I got a call from Steven. He told me that they did not have the cameras available and that Kevin had wrong information. He said they had to be ordered from a supplier, but he had North American models ready to go. A classic bate and switch, but I was in need of the cameras so I went with it. However, I said I will not pay until they ship, at that point I would do half. Then pay the second half after I had the cameras for a few weeks. Steven promised I would have the cameras by that Friday, and I would have shipping information in a day or two. It was toward the end of the second day and I had nothing. No phone call no additional information. So I tried calling Steven and Kevin directly with no answers. I finally got a hold of Kevin. He said that there was no way I was getting the cameras by Friday and that Steven should not have told me that. Kevin offered to refund me. After going back and forth, I decided to ask for a refund. Kevin said he will process it in the morning (Thursday). The transaction was done in PayPal so it should be an immediate notification. By early evening I had nothing. So yet again I called. Kevin asked for me to remind him what I was talking about. He then Said he already did it and should see something in the morning. He informed me that it had to go through the billing department first. At this point I have been given the run around multiple times, so I contacted PayPal as well. This afternoon PayPal emailed me that the reviewed my case and ruled in my favor. I finally got the refund!
I would avoid this company if possible.

I ordered a camera and a lens from Deals all Year and couldn't be happier with my choice. Steven was helpful and very responsive to my photography needs. I just put in another order for a 2nd lens which will be arriving tomorrow. Quick delivery and very fair prices. Give them a try, you won't regret it. Thanks, Steve for your stellar service. Sony 16-35mm f/4 Vario-Tessar T* FE ZA OSS Lens

I ordered a Sony a7r iii and two lenses. These are "gray" market products, meaning they come from overseas and do not have a USA warranty. This was disclosed upfront, which I appreciate. There was no deceit what so ever. As of the date of my order all businesses, including this one, was still dealing with logistic issues due to the Corona Virus. I did purchase extended 5 year warranty on the camera and three warranty's on the lenses. I decided to save the nearly $1,000 and purchase the international products. All equipment was shipped and received as promised. I needed the equipment within 7 days of my order date. I worked with Kevin who always returned my calls and honestly kept me up to date. I would buy from them again!
