Horrible experience late on my delivery and there website is not as advertised. Purchased Foodi Ninja and 3 accessories where missing I reached out to them no one has contacted me back. I dont recommend buying feom them at all. SAVE TIME AND FRUSTRATION

I have patiently waited for a response to my many emails and have gotten nothing. I have tried calling and like everyone else you just can’t get thru to a “real live” person which is more than irritating. They took my order, then my money and when I was able to finally talk to a rep I was given promise after promise that my order will be shipped The last time I talked with Carla she said my order will be expedited out right away. At least she kept her word but had substituted with a completely different item. I ordered a 17 pc set of pioneer woman ceramic pans and they shipped a 10 pc Teflon coated pan!!! And there’s a big difference in the quality and price !!! If I wanted Teflon I could have gotten from my local Walmart store. I have sent emails with NO REPLIES, tried calling over two dozen different times of the day and can only get VOICE MAIL!! This company is a disgrace and DO NOT waste your time. It’s a big scam to say the least!!! I should have not wasted my time with them. The reviews vary with some saying “great place to work with “ to frustrated customers like myself. Like I told them in my email. Will I order from them again...Never. Will I ever give DealsDot a positive review...Never Will I ever let future customers know that this is nothing but a big scam to take your money...Yes. This is the WORST place I have ever done business with. So think twice before you place your order with them. It won’t be what you wanted and you will not be able to get through to anyone to discuss it

Scam company do not order from them! Ordered set of 6 copper bakeware on Nov 1. Paid 32.99 with free shipping. Waited since for delivery. It is now Dec.4 and still no order! Contacting BBB'

Do not order from this site. It is a scam. Same experience as others. Made payment and no tracking number, no answer, no response to emails. I’m calling CC company now to dispute!

just got the karaoke machine after ordering a week before thanksgiving now it’s all cracked up and no microphone or power cord I’m upset really I called the number that you guys have online but it rings once and that’s it please get in touch with me ASAP I’m in satisfied after paying $80 bucks my son plugged his power cord from his game in it it’s sounds good but it’s broken on the sides and the top and I didn’t get my power cord or wireless microphone

Been 9 days still no tracking number..... I’ve tried to call multiple numbers to get in contact with someone and no one ever answers. I’ve emailed them about 5 days ago..., and no one answered. I’m disputing the charge on my card. Screw this company, they are snakes and steal your money!!!

I have been waiting on a tracking number for 6 days. And have been calling and haven’t been able to reach anyone. I’ve emailed them and haven’t heard anything back. If I don’t get a tracking number soon I’m calling my bank to dispute the charge and I’m contacting the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, TERRIBLE.

Scammers, they take your money but never ship the item, there's no way to contact them never answer the phone and neither reply to email. Beware! They just are going to take your money for nothing.

My problem with this order is after I placed the order, i looked on your web-site and it was $25.00 less. When I tried to cancel, your rep said I would have to deal with other person in order to do that.....live and learn!

Same as a lot of the reviews, just different product with thew same outcome. Ordered product 2 weeks ago, waited a week to receive a "FedEx Tracking Number" shipping confirmation email, which was of course invalid. I Emailed multiple times to try to get updates, anything on my order but had no response.
I tried calling, but always received "voicemail of the person you are calling is full and cannot receive calls. Please try again later". Then I refreshed the web page and see the number (bottom of the DealsDot website constantly changes! It showed 1(866) 728-7545, 1(866) 983-2994,1(866) 583-0216, 1(866) 728-7545 and more as I refreshed all with the same recorded message. Total scam.

I got a bogus FedEx tracking info. No refunds after 30 days and no product. They are dishonest. Do not buy from them!

This is a Scam!!! Beware! They took my money set up a FedEx tracking number, but never actually gave the package to FedEx. Left messages, sent emails, and the only response was addressed to the wrong person saying they’d look into it. It has been 6 weeks I cannot get in contact with anyone. Do not buy anything from this company.

Worst shopping experience have ever been through.I placed an order on 10/10 and received confirmation that shipping and tracking info would be available soon.After several days sent email requesting information,no reply.Called Fedx on two occasions with a tracking number given initially,no record of same.Finally received a response on or about 10/24 stating it would ship next day.On 10/28 received a curt message that they were refunding payment with no explanation.I immediately replied that I was not requesting a refund,would prefer they honor their commitment to ship merchandise.Noticed this A.M refund was posted to my account.This is the first and last time will ever shop with them!
