Dearest Care Avis 

Mom had cancer, and we were lost, didn't know what to do, and what Dearest did for us was more than support; they transformed my mom's life.

They told us this would be a covered benefit under Medicare and explained that we needed to speak to their MD to ensure we qualified. Once this happened, they matched us with an amazing patient advocate and navigator who explained how to speak to our oncologist, the specialists, and even to the nutritionist that we didn't even know we needed to speak to.

This was far better than anything else we've used. I saw the reviews about this being a scam and it's not. It's a legit service that my Leann our advocated helped us through.

I had a really positive experience working with Pairtu. They are kind, patient, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. They made the process much easier for me and always made me feel like someone was actually there to help. I really appreciate their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile.

I can guarantee you any of these 'good reviews' that you're reading on this site is written by Dearest Care. First off the company is a scam. It does not work as intended. They market that they can get you medical transportation, but this is simply not covered in Medicare part A and B. They cannot get you any substantial medical equipment, such as a scooter, wheelchair, etc. It will take at least six months and their advocates do not know how to get it approved through Medicare so it is a false promise. You will get bills in the mail about a month after you start services with them from Medicare explaining your co-pay. The service is not covered through Medicare as they say. I would not recommend this for anybody.

The service was great my advocate was able to get me a walker to assist with my walking that is such a blessing. She us working on my transportation now thank Gid for this service!

Dearest Care is a scam. They claim that all services are covered under Medicare/medicaid. They are NOT. You will get a bill in the mail after the first month for hundreds of dollars. It is a scam.

Dearest care no stars for me at all three months and you still haven’t contacted my doctor, but we charge for phone calls through Medicare communication system extremely poor and the person I worked with Gabrielle. Cameron was a disaster. I would not recommend your company. In fact I’m intend to notify Medicare the poor Service that you provide.

Dearest care responds so fast after I called for help for wheelchair back on late June. They arranged a doctor’ conference call also have another medical assistant John fallowing up. In 5 days I got my wheelchair delivered to my home.
This company is so nice, kind and professional.
It’s a kind of company you can rely on.

Susset has been a great help in locating a primary care physician, and is continuing to connect me with other specialists. I appreciate all her support.

The time that Kortnie give to finding the resources that will benefit me . And, she explains everything and uses email so I have something to refer too. Also, she is a very nice caring woman.
