ZERO STARS!! This company is scamming people! I ordered 4 dresses for a destination wedding. Took a few weeks to come and when they arrived they were all horrible! Material was cheep, fit was atrocious. Nothing like the pictures on their website.
Returning was not an option….three emails back and forth offering me a 5% refund to keep the dresses!
Best thing I did was to report them on my credit card. It took from July to October, but my charge was reversed. I had proof!!!

Don't buy of them it's all a scam nothing like you ordered wrong size and don't give your money back stay way away from them

Debbies Dresses appear to be of higher quality, but no, they are made of the cheapest material. They also appear to be located in the US. They are from Hong Kong. If you want to return them, you must pay to return to Hong Kong. They try to give you 10% off to keep the cheap dresses. I ordered 4 lightweight dresses with super cheap material and it would have cost me $66.oo to return them. NOT WORTH A PENNY

The sizing is terrible (at least two sizes smaller than the size on the label) and the color was wrong. The company delayed return emails to me about my issues and didn't send return instructions until a day before the 30 day return window....BACK TO CHINA...was closed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

My actually rating is a 0. Debbie's Dresses is overseas. My order took over 2 months to get to me. When I finally received the dress, it was after the event I purchased specifically for. The material is horrible, not breathable at all and very constricting. I tried to return, all I get is an email that wants pictures of why the dress doesn't fit. The advertising is very deceiving. DO NOT BUY!

They are using this beautiful women to model the clothes and they look fabulous on her and the viewers are thinking its an American company, and get it from China and pay a pretty high prices. Also it takes forever to get the product and when you get it its nothing like described... and don't fit sizing is not US sizing. .. I could go on, but you get the drift.

This is a worthless crap company. No sizing on the dress. Too Small in order to get a refund you have to send it China. A $44.95 dress is 35.00 in postage to return. It is an everloving SCAM Do not buy!!!!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Never received my order. They never respond to emails. They don’t give you a phone number to try to reach them. Total scam. Don’t waste your money!!

The LOOK of the dresses on the site view does NOT match - when received. Two dresses were a cotton fabric soooo wrinkley. The other dress is a fabric sooo see thru I would be embarressed to wear it. Quality of all I received was well below my expectations. THEN when I tried to return dresses, they said I pay return to CHINA - the bill to ship returnwas over $50.00! Their customer service offered me 10% yes 10% of the price I paid !! I thought that is a SCAM! - 10% of a $150.00 purchase they would give me $15.00

I would rate 0 stars. Wait time is long as the product is coming from China. Fabric of the dresses I ordered is so horrible, I didn't even remove from the packages. After many many emails attempting to return, I don't feel secure at all that after shipping the goods back to China that I will ever see a refund. Please do not waste your time and money.

If I could have given them no stars I would have. I ordered two dresses, and they fit was awful, but the fabric was worse. These dresses are cheap, and straight from China. These are not made in the US. Listen ladies, if the price is too good to be true...
When I tried to return the dresses, the customer service person I'm corresponding with is refusing to send me a return form! Don't waste your money.

Do not purchase. The items shown are not what is delivered. The colors patterns and material show on website does match what the dresses that were delivered. It is clearly bait and switch. The sizing is also off and look like children’s size. If you want to return you need to ship back to China and you expense of $30 to $40 dollars. It is a scam.

Scam site. Chinese crap. Slow shipping, poor quality, small clothing, NO RETURNS! Customer service email is fake. Do not buy from them!

Yet another scammy scam ! They advertise that they are an American company but what cha know they are not! My heart sank when I saw they were coming from China (after I ordered my dresses) They came on the slow boat and the fabric is garbage. I feel like I am wearing a plastic sack. And, what do you know, the easy returns are not easy and I will have to pay the shipping cost to ... CHINA! Never again. never never. I am done with these scams.

Received my order late, the dresses were poor quality. I am now trying to make a return with no response from the company. I have emailed them several times and I have gotten no response.
I would never order from them ever again

If I could give them a zero I would! Cheap merchandise, sized incorrectly and no tags. The bag and website indicate it’s US but it’s mailed from China and has to be returned to China at your expense! RIPOFF!!

form asap. The dresses are cheaply made and are paper thin awful looking ,quality a big 0. not cheap. Want to return them but never received form to send them back

I’m such a dummy. The company advertises that they are based in the United States. The dress that I ordered even came in a bag with United States emblazoned on it. The dress does not fit. There is a complicated process to return and the customer has to pay for shipping back to China. Total scam. The dress also took several weeks to arrive.
