Very pleased with implementation and user experience
Debtbook has provided us a great service with their product and support staff. Help is only a click away and turnaround time for a reply and solution is prompt. The site is user friendly and has been invaluable in implementing GASB87.

Implementation with ease!
Implementation was efficient and thorough. Our project manager Melisa was knowledgeable and explain and/or demonstrated everything effectively. The entire experience from speaking with the sales staff to lease implementation has been great! We actually started implementation of another product over a year ago and I found Debt Book to be more intuitive & the training sessions with the implementer are far superior. We are looking forward to the debt implementation!

I have been very happy working with DebtBook! Very easy to use, love the ability to help myself with the question search feature and definitely fills a need. The staff is very knowledgeable and always available and happy to answer questions. I would definitely recommend using them!

DebtBook solves a problem.
DebtBook is a very intuitive platform that solves a problem all government finance professionals have to deal with - how to comply with GASB regulations regarding debt and leases. This platform does everything from serving as a document repository, to keeping up with payment dates, to actually drafting the footnotes required for annual ACFR disclosure.

Debtbook was easy to use
Debtbook was easy to use and have a easy implementation process. The only recommendation is that when they calculate the beginning balances and interest it would be nice if they provided the formula up front so the municipality could check to make sure they are following what is happening.
