She takes the time to call me a few times each week to check on my case, which really makes me feel like I am not going through this process alone. This company is fraud they say they are going to help with the debt and all they do is steal even more from people do not hire them to do anything terrible experience with this company they dont know what they are doing

After talking with this company, I decided not to go through with their services due to a big payment coming through and possibly paying off on our own. We never provided a blank check and I had canceled one week prior to any payment plan. I was under the impression that everything was good for our cancellation however it is now been almost 2 months since we canceled and we are still getting phone calls, trying to collect payment from us even though we canceled. They also collected the first payment, even though I did not provide them a blank check. I was told by the manager Eli that we would receive a refund and that our account was canceled and the phone calls would stop but yet I received a malicious call approximately five minutes ago. I would never do business with any of these companies, especially this one. They are not honest and they are not doing you any favors you’re paying the same amount regardless you can just refinance with the same company and get a better deal that way actually pay less because you already paid a lot of your interest. Do your research. Check the reviews and be careful what demon you choose to work with.

have asked well over 75 times to be removed from their call and text lists. Every single time I'm told I'll be removed, yet the messages and calls continue. I've replied STOP, spoken with multiple sales representatives, and even dealt with different companies operating under the same umbrella. Nothing changes.

At this point, it doesn't feel like an honest mistake—it feels like a business practice. They seem more interested in keeping people on their marketing lists so their sales reps can keep chasing commissions, hoping that eventually someone gives in.

If a company can't honor a simple opt-out request after dozens of attempts, that's a huge red flag. Respecting customers' privacy should be the bare minimum. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company and would strongly recommend others think twice before providing their phone number.

Kept track of my payments. Weekly check in calls consistent. All good with Alquan my car manager - friendly, helpful and very responsive.

DCG has been my savior. I was up to my neck in MCA’s 20+ thousand per week and was killing my cash flow. DCG worked quickly and professionally with legal back up to negotiate with these predatory lenders and got my weekly debit from 20+ thousand per week to 4000 per week AND negotiated a lower payoff. In addition they call me each week to check in with me and when I call them they call back that day if I don’t get them right away.
I have worked with 3 case managers- all great. My current one is Stefan Rivera- he’s fantastic, responsive and gets things done quickly. If you are in the unfortunate situation to need a debt consolidator- USE DCG. I’m a doctor and am real customer and am very picky with whom I work. They are the best!
