A clear and smooth procedure
From the start was clear the cost, the positives and negatives what to expect and how would it proceed.

everyone i spoke to were friendly, helpful and understanding. Although at first I didnt really understand that the debt was 'a step before being bankrupt' so I have to read the little print but it would be good to be explained a bit more..thanks

Debt Negotiators they are really helpful & and excellent customer service.
Friendly staff workers. I was really stress and couldn’t sleep at night with too much debt on me, didn’t know what to do till I found these guys and help me out a lot.
Now I sleep like a baby at night and no stress at all. My debt all under Control.
I would recommend these guys to all my friends and family.

Dishonest help in disguise
If only I wasn’t misguided, misinformed and given false hope.
I signed a 5year contract and all has been paid off and completed. Only to be told that I signed a Part 9 bankruptcy which publicly flagged me as “bad creditor” when I applied for a home loan. I wasn’t informed of this consequence when I signed up 5 years ago and was told that it will not affect my credit rating in the future once it’s completed. I feel so deflated and I don’t want anybody else to experience the same. Lesson learnt. Ask for the right questions. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is.
