Difficult getting calls returned in a timely manner. Referred issue to attorney, he said he would handle problem. Never heard from him again still have the same issue. Though this problem was present while I was still in bankruptcy, I am now told by the paralegal that the firm can not do anything else for me.

Everything's went very well. I just have one question I had a judgement taken off, I had no other obligations. Withanyone else but as soon as one was taken off another one was added. Please check this judgement please.

It was a nightmare....I was advised by my attorney to stay in the Debt longer than I should have by offering to remove my 2nd loan from my home and starting over not realizing that it shows me having 2 bankruptcy and I later did a modification of my home on my own which would have taken care of the 2nd home loan - I paid Debt Stoppers a total of 9 years over $350 a month. It was hard to contact my attorney or paralegal - and after 9yrs of payment after the review I didn't receive no funding back which I calculated I should have - would not advise no one a chapter 13 and never do it again myself - it controlled my life and left me frustrated - not a happy ending.

There was no hustle and bustle with Debtstoppers. You go in and sit down with a lawyer, do what they tell you to do and show up for your court date. Simple as 1-2-3. I am out of my credit card debt.

I have had communication problems with debt stopperscfrom day one. There was always information given that was wrong. At the end of the bankruptcy I had to call the trustee office to get my bankruptcy discharged. I still don't have my title to my escalade after several calls. I guess since I am discharged not through debt stoppers efforts; the law firm could care less about completing their job. I paid for a service that was not completed.and poorly done.
They were smart enough to notify me the day of court, so I could not report the trustee and law firm to the judge on the poor handling of my case. And I still don't have my doggone title foe my escalade and no return call from Kyle McGhee!!!! What a headache!!! Use Debt Stoppers at your own risk!!!!!

This was my very first Bankruptcy . I received NO correspondence or direction as to what was to happen next ... no correspondence letters telling me the status . I spoke to at least 4 different people trying to find out information about the status of my case . Very disappointing .SUB PAR customer relations. It felt as if the whole time i was left in the dark .They never reached back out to me when i left a message with someone .... but they were quick and never missed a day taking the installment payments out of my bank account !!! ........... i think they are pretty good just could reduce the monthly amount because we still trying to live with the chapter 13 deductions and 5 years is a long time.

The attorneys never call you back, only when its convient to them. I couldnt wait for this to be over. and I never reieved my completion letter
