This was my second order from Decadence Blinds. Ordered Thursday, arrived Saturday. No problems fitting the replacement slats, all slats arrived wrapped in polythene sleeve in a box. They where all in the same orientation so out of the sleeve straight onto the slat hook. Many thanks to 5 stars Decadence Blinds.

What can one say about Decadence Blinds? One word, “OUTSTANDING”, communication excellent, cost excellent, packaging excellent, delivery excellent, customer service excellent.
