Purchase a sample, travel, and/or purse sized decant from us, and try the scent without having to purchase the whole bottle. Most all cosmetic, health, and beauty products when purchased directly from department stores or from the manufactures themselves are not returnable unless they are defective.

Not great, they ran out of the fragrance and reduced the cost and sent a few worthless. The cost should have been reduced more. Get it together. Have the foresight to put the sold out tag on your website before it’s actually sold out.
I have not received my order, placed 2 months ago. I have received no replies to the emails I have sent with regard to this issue. I have received no call-backs to the telephone messages I have left - despite providing the "desired call back times" as requested. As things stand, I am out a substantial amount of money, with what appears to be no possibility of redress. Ouch.
All around great experience!!! I have ordered several times and every time it's been great. Clean and professional packing and delivery time is fast. My only go to place now for any Designer or Niche. I highly recommended them. I also follow them on IG and have asked questions on specific perfumes and always get a quick response.
I placed my order for 4 different decants and received them all in exceptional packaging within a week. Whoever is running this business definitely cares about giving customers the best quality. Each vial had it's own individual bag, the labels on each one are beautiful and they were placed inside a small box. With touches like that I knew I was receiving something someone cared about. So I will definitely be ordering more from this company again. From the other reviews I was prepared to wait awhile but was pleasantly surprised, really surprised by how quickly my order arrived.
I've been ordering from Decant Boutique for several years now and have never had an issue. I wish I could show you my drawer full of little vials from them - I probably have close to 200. As you can see on their responses to other posts here, sometimes it takes a few days before an order is fulfilled and afterwards shipped. Adjust your expectations accordingly.
They sometimes even send me free samples of stuff.
The packaging was excellent, everything bottled and packaged very securely with no leakage and the labels are nice and large and do not appear that they will be wearing off ! That was an issue with other decant companies. But not this one. Shipping price to Canada was reasonable! Prices in general were reasonable! Shipping took a few days to get moving but that's ok I understand it takes a bit to bottle and package. Website is not the smoothest user experience but that's ok. All in all a very good experience and I'll be back if I am looking for a new sample and I see you have it. I hope you will have a larger women's fragrance selection in the future!
I placed an order sept 2. It was supposedly shipped on the 4th. However to date I have nothing. Tracking number they provided stated the package was returned to sender unknown addressee. Address on the invoice is correct so not sure what they did. I have not been able to get any response from them to date by phone nor email.

Our typical processing time is typically about 1-3 business days (M-F) since everything is bottled and labeled to order. I made multiple orders over the past year and have always received authentic products. Easily the best prices on most samples compared to other sites. Shipping has been fast on most orders.

My order arrived nicely packaged but it took 2 weeks to receive my order. Meanwhile I also ordered some decants from DecantX on the same day and they arrived in only 5 days. Will be sticking to DecantX from now on.

The only thing slower than their website is their shipping. A company that doesn't put a priority on shipping its product in a timely manner, but rather at their own convenience so they can "bulk" mail items needs to go back to the drawing board. Slow shipping just wasn't a nuisance on one occasion, but my last two purchases that were months apart - each taking several business days to ACTUALLY reach the post office, not this "trying to fool you" tactic of producing a tracking number so we think "Oh hey, my package shipped." Very, very frustrating!
