I had a great experience creating / ordering two new basketball kits. The price was competitive and the service was greater than other competitors. The designing process is simple and efficient. We went from order to receiving our two kits in 6 weeks. Both of the kits are perfect (they look even better in person).

Small Custom Order
I contacted the Decathlon Club regarding a small custom order of cycling jerseys and was very impressed with the service. After completing the online portal, I was called by James who helpfully explained the process, reviewed the artwork and suggest some tweaks (for the better). The order did take the full quoted time to arrive; however the quality is very good, material, printing and fit. Overall, a great service at a reasonable price. Thank you .

Out of touch sport team
Ordered my sports team kit and the whole process was incredibly smooth. James guided me through the whole process, even with all my silly questions/ changing of sizes and orders etc James was extremely patient and helpful. the kit came out just as I had hoped. Will continue to use in the future

The kits look and fit great
The kits look and fit great, and are excellent value. Our girls are so happy with them. Definitely use their sizing chart to get the correct sizes. Summer was really helpful with any enquiries. I'd definitely recommend decathlon clubs

Good quality kit!
Great customer support. Summer has been really responsive and supportive, especially when we had some initial design and production issues. Summer helped resolve these to our total satisfaction and has helped me navigate the re-ordering process.
Really like that there is not a limit on numbers of items in repeat orders. This means that we don't have to hang around for weeks and months amassing a large order. On our 4th order so far this year.
Pity that the gap between pacing an order and delivery is not shorter but we explain that to our members when they request a piece of kit and its not proved a major issue

Football kits!!
We have just received our personalised kits for my Under 10’s football team. We ordered a home & away kit and could amend anything we wanted. They look absolutely fantastic and the kids love them just as much as I do. A special thanks to Teddy who helped me with my order with great communication.
