.I have my telly through the internet and had no idea how to access programmes etc and he spent ages explaining and showing me how too. He even got one of my phones working!

Fixed the issue with my SNES console
My old SNES console stopped working and I went to DD to see if they could help. They checked my power adapter pack first before opening up the console so as not to risk causing any unnecessary damage. They found the power pack was no longer producing the right amount of voltage. After suggesting I replace the power pack I did so and it worked! Free advice with care and consideration of people’s belongings. Highly recommend.

Tim was wonderful
Tim was wonderful. He came to our home to set up our printer. He also installed Everymail and retained our TalkTalk Email address and added a further TalkTalk Email address for my wife and set up a Direct Debit for Everymail's annual charge. He also set up our HP Printer. In addition he completed our Smart TV setup and our Humax Recording Box setup. We could not ask for more.

Setting up new Printer
As an older client I struggle when setting up new devices. Tim had my new printer up and running in no time.
He is very genuine and patient and his knowledge is much appreciated.
