I bought their advent calendar in December. It was poor quality and mostly small sachets and tiny samples. No way what it was meant to be worth. To top it off several doors were empty. I raised it with customer services and they said they would look into it. I sent them all the info they needed and still had no reply. It is now almost April. Don’t buy from this company they don’t care about their customers and their products are below par.

Why is it that when a bottle of Aromessence Lavender Fine oil-serum arrives, it is not the same (amount) as in the advertised photographs?

I've ordered from Decleor directly 4 times this year now and personally think they're great!
The free gifts with purchase are very generous and delivery has always been in the specified time-frame.
I also bought the advent calendar, and while there were a few sample sized products, there were also several high cost, full-sized items so it was well-worth the asking price.
I've just ordered from them again so I'm defintiely a happy customer!

I bought the Decleor Advent calendar, have done so in previous years. I am disgusted that they put samples on products behind some of the doors! What a waste of my money. It makes me feel that this company is no longer reputable and puts into doubt their other products.
I haven't, unlike a lot of people on here, had an issue with delivery of my product. But what I do have issue is, that they changed our beautiful Decleor into a cheap L'Oréal product....but with the expense. They say on their website...I used to be this, which woluld suggest it is the same product but in a different skin. It isn't. I hate to say it, but you have royally messed up something beautiful L'Oréal. And you're lying on your website. Or at least you were. I gave this now rubbish set of products a hiatus for a few years until recently. Still rubbish. Won't be coming coming back. RIP to Decleor. Please don't buy. Let these guys go out of business after ruining an amazing business, product and service!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have previously used a number of Decleor products and always thought this was a quality luxury brand. I received a sample of the Green Madarin Sun Kissed glow cream and thought it looked good so ordered the full size product direct from Decleor. Unfortunately after 2 days of using the sample my eyes swelled and my skin became very itchy this reaction coincided with the delivery of the full product. I rang customer services to explain my problem having waited in a queue for over 30 minutes I got through to a very rude member of the team who abruptly gave me a return address in Nottingham. I returned the product immediately unopened. I heard nothing for the next 3 weeks so I chased again calling customer services and waiting in the queue- I was told they would get back to me within 2 days. I waited a further 7 days and called again and was told the same. After the 4th attempt I am now questioning the legitimacy of this company and its products! Absolutely appalling customer service! I am now out of pocket for an inferior chemically infused product!
FINALLY I can report on this terrible Company Experience. If you need to return or exchange it goes like this. 1) Receive goods with no return info; have to call a centre (waited 20+ minutes) receive an email with a ref No and Nottingham return Address 2) Returned Goods unopened recorded delivery (wait and wait)
3) Despite emailing I never a reply to your email
4) Used the PayPal recharge and dispute feature
5) 45 Days later I was refunded (Thank you PayPal)
6) NEVER give up that's what they are hoping for.
The UK side must be run by bad operators? This doesn't seem like L'Oréal, anyway do not touch with a barge pole.....unless you want to age prematurely..
I was sent a used item that had a ‘Tester’ label on. I wouldn’t want a ‘Tester’ item at the best of times, least of all during Covid. Unhygienic. I have asked for a refund 5 times now, each time I am met with a generic response of how it will be referred to the relevant team and someone will get back to me, no one ever gets back. They take your money and ignore you. Shocking customer service, I will never spend my money with Decleor ever again. I recommend everyone to avoid this company.

Shocking customer service; do not order products from them. They refused to let me cancel the order literally hours after I placed it. (No other company I have ordered online from operates on this basis) Their - pointless - suggestion was to ‘refuse delivery’. I have spent nearly £9 on postage to return the parcel but cannot get my refund despite sending proof of postage etc., They just send generic pre-scripted platitudes to all my enquiries.
I have to agree with other reviews. The quality in the Decleor product has gone. I have been using the 1000 grain scrub for years and i bought two new tubes of it two weeks ago. The lack of smell, the fact that it doesnt turn to oil or emulsion anymore, the whole product is far inferior. I wish id read these reviews before purchasing. It strikes me that theyve cut back on quality and it really shows
Just received my order within the time frame 3-5 days through royal mail. Really pleased with the fast delivery. Products arrived in a white cardboard box stuffed with brown paper on top. Which I was expecting something a little bit more upmarket considering the cost of the products. I ordered 5 products to begin a new skin routine and also received 2 samples of choice and a free lavender gift set. They all smell and feel absolutely devine. I will review them individually after proper use.
I so miss Decleor! Since it changed hands, to put it politely, it is rubbish. Products discontinued. Products changed. Feel on skin is awful and the lovely results that were so different to other products has gone.
My purchases have dwindled to virtually none now as I can find nothing worth having. It's so, so sad.
I have used decleor for a number of years and absolutely love everything I’ve ever tried. I recently purchased their new 60 night recovery capsules and I am amazed with how good my skin has looked since I started using them 2 weeks ago I thought it right to leave a review. Thanks again decleor, never failing to amaze me when you bring out something new. I’ve even got all my friends on it now.

Should have read the other reviews here before placing an order! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Took 3 weeks to get the products and as I didn’t need it anymore I rejected the package by the DPD driver.
It’s been 6 weeks, over 20 emails, many phone calls and they haven’t refunded me yet although they confirmed return at warehouse.
Decleor customer care and online experience is the worse I’ve ever experienced and L’Oréal should be ashamed of the poor level of service.
Give me my money back!!
Please do not bother ordering from this company, I ordered an Advent Calendar plus a couple of other items for my wife at the end of November, no delivery, no updates no customer service whatsoever, finally managed to get through on the phone to be told that the order has been cancelled by them and that the transaction on my card is only reserving the amount (Pending), this is not the case and is an actual transaction that they processed 2 days ago when they would already have known that they were not intending to send the goods, I can forgive a lot of things from companies but this level of, at best, incompetent or at worse fraudulent none service is a disgrace, real shame as my wife is a massive fan of Decleor products but this is the first time of buying from the website and has put her off the brand entirely
As many others on the facebook webpage and on here state - presently they are willing to take your money but do not provide any clear information when processing the order that their 3 - 5 day delivery time is now 14 days plus. I am currently on day 12 (ironically bought an advent calendar for a gift so this is also counting down the days too!) and have been sent the same generic email stating wait 14 days for order due to a Black Friday rush. NO updates to the website ordering page have been made to inform people buying Christmas gifts that this may not get them before Christmas - yes you may lose sales but you currently cannot cope with the orders you have presently!! Please do not ask me to contact customer care or send you an email as I have done this 3 times already and nothing but the generic email is received back.Your poor staff are experiencing a high volume of calls due to disgruntled customers due to your policies presently.
UPDATED - subsequently received the item days later and was offered a discount on a future purchase (I am not planning on using), however more importantly, the website was updated for people who continued to order.
Order placed in November but still not received 3 weeks later, numerous emails but no response at all! Payment taken - its shocking service. Don’t order from their website - be warned!
What a disappointment !! 2/12/20 paid for my order by PayPal. By 9/12/20 had no order confirmation. Emailed twice and no reply but managed to finally get through to their telephone line and was told I could not cancel not that I wanted to, until 14 days had passed and I have to wait 10 days to see if I either get a despatch or their cancellation of my order email from them. I was also told payment was not taken until despatch email but payment was deducted from my bank account 3 days from placing order. If Decleor cancel my order I expect to wait ages for a refund. Won't purchase from them again.
