Courteous, professionally honest, with an impeccable customer service ethic.
I made a purchase of some 'old pots' as a gift for my wife. Andrew contacted me to make me aware of a 'defect' he discovered post purchase. It was a defect I would never have noticed. He was very straight up about it, offering me several options up to and including a full refund. Based on this on line experience I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.

Would definitely buy from Deco Joe again.
My parcel went slightly astray so I contacted Royal Mail who redirected it. Deco Joe had also tracked it and emailed me regarding this. The parcel arrived ok and I was grateful Deco Joe had followed up on this.
