The handbag that I bought was well described with the measurements which was important as photos can be misleading on size. The handbag was delivered in good time and well packaged. Goods were severely damaged
When I received the ornament (boxing hare) and unboxed it, the base was completed severed off.
I wasn't very happy to say the least. I have since repaired the ornament to 'show' condition as I'm quite handy. But the point is that the goods were severely damaged. This couldn't have happened in transit either because the ornament was fully enclosed in polystyrene, inside a box which was in turn inside a other box.

Sorry to know the hare ornament arrived damaged. Please be assured all goods are thoroughly checked before being despatched and this was done in this case too. The hare was in perfect condition when packed and sent out and it has probably been damaged in transit. The ornament was delivered a few days back and no damage was reported, else we would have resolved it straightaway.
