Decorexi- A World of Interiors Avis

Great stock of convex mirrors, you can make your house look like Sir John Soane’s Museum.

I am so pleased with the light fittings I purchased from Decorexi but over and above the quality of the products was the service received from the shop and the company.

The delivery was quick, even when there was issue, I emailed and got reply within the day and they even got me sent a new one the next working day. Very happy with item. Great customer service.

Not only did we find the perfect mirror, unusual and stand out from the typical run of the mill, but they delivered to our door that evening when the store closed. Always ready to go the extra mile…

Always amazing service and the products speak for themselves

Really good lamp, just as pictured and described on website. Delivery took a while but communication was decent and it arrived well packaged and safe. Easy to assemble.

A fantastic range of beautiful items to enjoy at home. Excellent service from Lynn, immediately gets your vision and helps achieve it.

The product is fabulous and customer service great

Bought a sage ceramic lamp and shade. Very happy with my purchase, and service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Very efficient and professional service, particularly from Lin, who was so helpful.
Will definitely purchase from Decorexi again

Very friendly and helpful service from Lin. Kept me up to date on progress of my order and delivery. Delivery driver was very friendly also.
Great quality product.
Would order from Decorexi again.

Excellent advice and service. Would definitely recommend. Fiona

Great communication and was kept updated about my item, packaged very securely, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because it did bot come with screws to hang the mirror, however i cant wait to hang it up as it looks amazing in reality.

Just bought a set of tables and the customer service was fantastic especially as I was having problems with website. The tables are perfect.

Lyn and Trish are very knowledgeable about their stock and so helpful even down to watching out for traffic wardens while you ponder the stock.
Refreshing in this day and age!

I had a fantastic experience with Decorexi! I lived near their shop in London for a year and always loved passing their window to admire their latest pieces. When the pink flamingo lamp appeared I was enchanted, and peeked in at it for months until it was time for me to return home to San Francisco. I was hesitant to buy it and bring it with me because of the huge distance, but their team assured me that it could be packed safely. Tricia and Lin did an incredible job securing it and both the base and shade made it home to SF with me in perfect condition, where it’s taken a place of honor in my living room. Such a special experience with Decorexi!

Fabulous service. Went to great lengths to find the product needed. Absolutely Fabulous!!
