Defcon Airsoft Avis

I've ordered from defcon multiple times and never had a problem, the website is easy to use and prices are very good

Nice little shop, friendly and engaging staff and a good website, with quick shipping.

Great deals, brands and plenty of stock!

Very helpful in dealing with my enquiry and quick delivery times!

Amazing posting times and even better service

I originally left a 1 star review, due to the fact that my item had broken within seconds of being used, After speaking with the manager, I agreed my review was not fair on the company, and I was being over critical. The defect was not down to defcon Airsoft, it was a manufacturing issue which they have no control over.
I also was critical over the amount of time it was taking to get things sorted, however after our discussion and realising that we are in a pandemic and business' are stretched with many working from home, I agree that my comments where not fair on their business.
The communication since then has been spot on, they have been extremely helpful and have quickly sorted my issue out. The customer service has been great, and I feel guilty for not being fair the first time.
I would be happy to use these again, and I hope I have not put anyone off using their services as they have gone out of their way to accommodate me and I cannot fault them.

Highly recommend! Good stock and a nice variety. Very well informed, Speedy delivery! Can't fault and highly recommend. 5*****

I have bought several rifs off Defcon over the years the service and back up has always been faultless
Would recommend 5star

Absolutely cracking service. If it isnt in stock, it can be back ordered or they can source it for you.
Back ordered a TM battery an had it in my possesion within a week or 2 of back ordering.
Thanks guys, keep up the good work an the Airsoft community appreciates your hard work during this virus outbreak!

During COVID19 website was updated to be clear on delays, still had contact throughout and reasonable delivery. Great outlet.

Earl the technician is brilliant in what he does . Very honest and don't try to sell more expensive things that you don't need , I will be returning back to him with anything else I need done ... Highly recommended

This company is great, nice blokes that run it, great selection, and great prices. I've bought all my primary loadout from them and they've been great every time.

Amazing Service!!!! Highly recommend this dealer for all airsoft needs including purchasing and any maintenance and technical issues. Earl (Technician) was highly competent and knowledgeable and helped me to resolve a large number of issues that I had with my Airsoft products.

Very Highly Recommended

mint prices and some of the best customer service i have had through airsoft. No BS if something goes wrong they fix it.
In store aswell as online the only store i know when i go in the store they'll never be sat behind a desk hoping you'll leave or try to sell off items that they know are not up to scratch like some that i know of.
They have a real love for the sport not just for money.
