Had a problem with emails not being received but it was dealt with as soon as they knew about it and everything from there ran smoothly. Quick shipping too

I sent back my RIF as it was faulty and they received it on the 11/2/25. i heard nothing from them so i contacted them a week later, they stated it was a Mosfet issue and they were waiting for an alternate or upgraded part to arrive.
After hearing nothing again i contacted them on 13/3/25, they apologised and said they were having issues getting a good mosfet for these RIF's and are waiting on a new batch.
Again i heard nothing from them so i contacted them AGAIN on 10/4/25, this time they stated it was an electrical issue and they had had to send the RIF back to the supplier but they would chase them for an update.
AGAIN i heard nothing from them so i contacted them YET AGAIN only to be told they were waiting for test results to see how the issue came about.
Not once have they offered information without me having to get in touch and i feel i am just being fobbed off all the time with stupid excuses. They have now had my RIF well over 4 months and im utterly disgusted with the level of service and lack of interest in sorting this issue out. They have also completely ignored my request for a refund! My last email stated the following:- "Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the item you sold me is faulty/doesn't match the description therefore i would like as Refund! My request has been ignored and i still dont have my money or my RIF.
DONT purchase from this company because it is months or needless hassle if you get a faulty item and they couldnt care less!!!!!!!!!

Defcon is mint i love the range Tokyo marui guns for such a good price compared to other companies. It's the best Airsoft shop I've been to, the staff are very kind and reliable they also helped with most of my questions and even gave me a free pack of haribo's👍🤣 I would recommend anyone else to go here

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Defcon Airsoft. After initially agreeing to a price match, the subsequent evasion of phone calls and emails has left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

Despite our agreement, Defcon Airsoft failed to honor the price match commitment, and my attempts to address the issue through phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness and failure to fulfill promises reflect poorly on the reliability of their customer service.

I expected better communication and integrity from Defcon Airsoft, and this experience has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of the company. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for others considering purchases at Defcon Airsoft.

I emailed with a product enquiry and their response was quick! All my questions answered immediately, and once I was happy I made a purchase as it was shipped by the end of the day!
Currently returning the faulty rif so will update after the process is finished

Ordered an airsoft Rif from Defcon and had their tech Earl do some upgrades before sending out. Fantastic service and Earl is a Tech you can trust to do a good job, won't try and oversell you upgrades you don't need and is very Knowledgeable.

will 100% use again.

Sent my RIF to defcon for some upgrades including the new Gate Titan 2 mosfet. The tech (Earl) messaged me and quoted me a great price so I posted out my RIF to him. Earl is by far the best Airsoft tech I have ever used. He kept me updated every step of the way either by short voice messages or by videos showing exactly what he is doing. He had my gun for less than a week and then posted it back to me fully tracked.
I urge anyone who is either having issues with their RIF, want some upgrades doing or simply need a service, get in touch with Earl. Thank you very much indeed.

Highly recommend Earl as an Airsoft Technician

Had been sold a faulty Bolt RIF from my local site and was led to believe the issues were caused by me... Earl kindly took a look into this for me and got to the bottom of the problems and identified the root cause which wasn't a result of my actions - Earl repaired the RIF and upgraded a few parts to improve performance, shipped back to me and was kept informed 100% throughout the repair.

Couldn't recommend Earl enough as a highly knowledgeable and very importantly, trustworthy airsoft technician. 5*

Bought a rifle for my son which because of my stupidity would not arrive on the Saturday, phoned the wonderful sales team explaining myself and they proceeded to send it next day delivery ✔️✔️✔️ Arrived Friday. Excellent service yet again from this shop.

made and order had a slight issue at first got in touch with them got the issue sorted parcel arrived next day cant realy complain was a bit worried as i never got a tracking number or anything via my email my H&K box came a bit crushed and crimped but the rif under the packaging seems apsolutly fine the taran tac jw4 pistol im over the moon with feels great fires great box for that came prestine . pricing i find is a litttle more expensive than some ( i know they do a price match but originaly the rif i wanted sold out else where and then came back into stock after i brought it + the TTIJW4 is hard to get atm with so many people out of stock so for the extra £40/50 over the both RIfs i managed to get them both from the same place and without the hassle of paying 2 delivery fees along with pretty much a 2 day delivery even with a delay from my order issue ) but we live in a bad economy now so understandable only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is personal to me and nothing to do with the company will be ordering again infact i have already orderd a few extra bits again thanks for the fast and relativly easy process👌🏻highly recommend these guys for quick and easy interactions and resolutions along with a seemingly fast processing time

Placed an order on 19th June in plenty of time for my sons birthday as I seen on the site it can take 3-5 working days to get the gun from the supplier then they need to post. Turns out 10 days later they haven’t even requested the gun from the supplier yet because I didn’t response to their email asking for photo ID. Impossible to respond to an email I didn’t even receive. I have informed them I didn’t receive any email but they are extremely unhelpful and won’t take any accountability or even apologise for the inconvenience. I’m now receiving cheeky emails from “admin” as per below

“We sent all the facts from our website that you clearly did not read and feel you have the right to blame us for you not reading the details you agreed to upon purchase!

You must surly understand that you failed to read the relevant information and then expected us to apologize for your mistake.”

First time I’ve even felt the need to leave a review in years and years! They can’t comprehend that it’s not the delivery timelines that’s an issue or the fact they need photo Id the issue is they are saying they emailed me for photo Id when they didn’t! Mistakes happen I get that just apologise take accountability and find a way to make it right basic customer service skills surely.

The store itself offers a good range of various products, but there was one small issue, the dispatch times were quite long and I did not receive any update about my item during the week, but a quick email to company resolved the issue, quite quickly.

Purchased a Dynatex timed grenade which is great and arrived quickly. Shame postage was a flat rate £6.99 when the item was £70, small and likely cost less than that to post. Would probably reconsider purchasing from here again only due to postage costs. A free delivery with minimum order would be good to see. Everything else was great

Pros: 5 Stars
- Fantastic online store.
- welcoming customer service.
- Had to RMA a Rif and they didn't kick up any fuss.
- One of my favourite stores hands down.
- Great range of items and prices.
- Love the choice of payment methods
- always have the best stuff in and sometimes early.

Cons:
-Poorly packaged items and 90% of the deliveries have dented or damaged boxes due to poor packaging. I know its a RIF box but no need when other companies package the same thing way better.

This is a go to shop for or your airsoft needs and I have spend ££££ with them and would highly recommend.

Review updated as they have made improvements to the phone service which was my initial 4 stars and now its way easier to get through for questions and to ask for help - great job :)

I ordered late Sunday night and the package is set to be with me before 12 noon today on Tuesday, amazing speed of service considering all that is happening and compared to another order I made from bullseye country sport that I made at the same time has only just been marked as processing today and cost twice as much for "next day" delivery. I would have expected it here today. Will definitely be shopping with defcon in the future, I just hope they improve their site as it can be hard to navigate.

Really friendly and helpful staff. I purchased an airsoft gun from these guys and upon arrival and unboxing, it wouldn't fire. They sent me a return form immediately after a phone call and fixed it for me. 10/10 service, good variety of products, will be buying from here again!
