Generally top notch
I've ordered from defcon a number of times and service has been on par with what was expected. However, you can't really judge a company until you have an issue. I pre-ordered an item and noticed that the item came back in to stock about a week later. Another week went by without any notification that mine had been shipped. A quick message and the issue was sorted and the item was at my door less than 48 hours later with no chew at all. Can't fault that

I'll be buying from them again I'm sure.

Probably the best airsoft gun store there is
The guns on here have an accurate description, good durability, range and price. I would highly recommend this store who has a particular interest in airsoft guns
