Thieves non responsive

Simply robbing people in small amounts. I bought MS Office last week. Key failed to activate since it was already in use. Which Microsoft support verified that it was a already in use key. I tried calling multiple times which goes directly to voice mail, sent multiple emails and no response.

Degitore was very responsive the next day I bought this Office 365 Lifetime product. It is under their organization as a business account, which I am okay with as long as it is Lifetime. So far, so good with Office 365 from them! It was sketchy seeing all these bad reviews about them, but you take your chances and sometimes do okay!

I ordered MS Office 365, I did not get the product key code. After waiting a day, I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. Three weeks later, I still did not get my refund.

This is scam.
I payed and received nothing.
They don't respond to the costumer email.
Bye bye money.

ik geef dit bedrijf 1 ster maar dit bedrijf verdiend -1 ster dit is een bedrijf die bestaat alleen maar uit mensen op te lichten. je bestelt wat en je betaalt omdat de site er echt top uit ziet ,en het komt ook heel vertrouwd over. Maar waar je voor betaald heb krijg je nooit en naar je geld kan je fluiten. ik heb 10 keer een mail gestuurd en bellen heb ook geen zin je krijg gewoon geen reactie

SCAM!!!! I Received nothing.

This is my first time with fraud. I'm feeling pretty naive about having been scammed. Degitore took my money and provided the product key for Microsoft Office 2021 for MacOS, but they did not send the download link.

Over three days, I emailed multiple times, called, and used their webform, asking them to follow through on my purchase. Their website wouldn't recognize my account, said to "try later" when I used their webform, and they never called back.

After three days and a lot of frustration, I requested a refund. They didn't respond to that request or ANY of my previous communications asking them to make things right.

Degitore says they are an authorized Microsoft dealer, which made me feel safe about buying from them. Buyer beware! I should have checked their reviews BEFORE purchasing anything from them. $59.99 down the tube and lesson learned.

If there are others, like me, who experienced their first fraud thanks to Degitore, perhaps this added information may be helpful.

I called my credit union today--10/19/24--to see if they could flag this company for the sake of others. They took the scam very seriously and said they needed to cancel my credit card immediately because Degitore would now have that information. They're sending me a new card.

Yes, it will be a bit of a hassle for me to update the new credit card number on my various auto-pay and saved accounts. However, it's not nearly the hassle I would endure if Degitore (or the companies to which they might sell my credit card information) started using my credit card for their own fraudulent ends.

My bank also initiated a fraud investigation and provided me with detailed steps about how to work with VISA to assist in this investigation. If I can supply enough corroborating evidence (which should be easy), I may even get my money back. That totally surprised me as I thought I was up the proverbial creek without a paddle.

The punch line to this story is to encourage people scammed by Degitore (or any other fraudulent company) to at least call your card-issuing bank and let them guide you in protecting your identity and your credit. Hope this helps!

This is a straight up scam/hacker/takeover your PC Warning!
They will ask you to use their Microsoft account to download your key.
It will not download to your PC. They will include a YouTube video in the email that you will get from them with all the steps they want you to do. The YouTube instructions will instruct you to open Microsoft Authenticator app, add them and enter the code on their page. I caught what they were doing when the Office Icons on their account were bad links and would not open Word, etc. I knew for certain that I had fallen for a scam/hacker situation.
They will proceed to add a bogus account to your account. This will give them FULL access to your PC and account.
I caught it quickly because the Office product was not on my PC. If you do get this far as I did, be prepared for a week of cleanup, purging and dealing with password issues. Do Not use this Site.

Na betaling geen licenties gekregen, gelukkig betaald met creditcard dus geld komt terug.
Dus kijk verder er zijn meer die goedkoop licenties aanbieden.

Scammer, Fraud!!! Purchased Visio 2021 and received a License number that was fraudulent according to Microsoft. The loading link is also non-working and fraudulent.

Bij het invullen van gegevens alleen postcode ingevuld. Uiteraard betaling gedaan maar niets ontvangen. Dit bedrijf heeft een mooie website met plaatjes maar is voorzien van oplichtingspraktijken. Koop hier dus niets. Mocht ik achteraf toch nog mijn levenslange aankoop ontvangen dan zal ik mijn revieuw herzien.

I purchased and paid for MS Visio in 2021 and the installation key never worked. There was nobody to communicate with thereafter, just silence!

Het zijn grote oplichters. Je koopt een licentie voor office 365 die binnen een paar uur via mail bezorgd zou worden.
Helaas ontvang je een url van Microsoft waar je een proefversie kan downloaden.
Deze kan je zonder Delitore ook downloaden.
