Good price, good support for my new downloaded office 2021 pro edition. First time the link keep drop, and thanks for your support to send me updated link which works like a charm.
It works perfectly with windows 11, which replace my old office 2007.

Our company inherited a couple of PCs that were running Win10 Home. We used Degitore to upgrade the units to Win10 Pro. Worked like a charm. We'll buy from Degitore again when the time comes.

Bought Microsoft office and it works flawlessly. Great for students. My Order #12089 was delayed like 24h but next day I received the code with instructions.

so if you don't get the code right away. Don't get panic. Contact their customer support.

Very quick and responsive customer support. The original link I was sent didn't work, so they re-sent it right away, along with the Product Key. Very pleased!

Well, there seems mixed reviews. I paid for 365 and they came through. Instructions were clear and off I went. Found out my child using the software had swapped licenses to his school, so I had lost the initial account through inactivity. I emailed them, not knowing what to expect. Not only did I get a reply but they sorted me out with a new account that is up and running and I’m able to use the software. What to say? I’m getting a great service for a good product with excellent after sales communication.

Placed order for 3 days for "Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019", did not receive the product key, and no response to email inquiries.

Just bought a copy of Microsoft Office Pro 2021 for about 20 USD. Had some problems getting it to work but Degitore came through within 12 hours and had me up and running in no time. I had been ripped off before and started to panic but they were very helpful. It's a big program and I did not have a great history trying to get it to work. So happy to have a good working copy finally. Thank you Digitore!

Costumer support is great. I couldn't download the file I purchased, so i reached out to costumer support and they resolve the issue for me within a couple of hours, and even linked me to a how to install tutorial.

No way to get money back

Once you pay them, then you can forget your money, there is NO WAY to get any return from them, whether it is an incorrect order or they are completely at fault while placing the order. If they are NOT ready to serve customer depending on the local expectations across the world, why should they sell worldwide? Returns in the USA is very normal and they don't honor any returns. They should be reported by Trust Pilots and other business bureaus for unfit to do business in USA

I wish I can give them a 0 star for their customer service, as you have to reach out to them 5 times through different means to get a one line response from them

This is a scam site with fake reviews. I ordered Microsoft office on their site and they sent me a link to download the software and the link said the software had already been downloaded.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
