My daughter and I went to see Isobel Sunday morning, we did know what we wanted, we hadn't thought about framing , Isobel suggested Tray frame, (New to me) ! but what a great idea. We didn't feel rushed, or pushed into a sale, nice cup of coffee. it arrived within a few days, and Dan hung it for us, we are over the moon with it. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if wanted something else, so many pieces I would love to have bought home. !!!

I've been shopping Degree Art's online marketplace since 2009, and I have never had a bad experience. Isobel, Elinor and their dedicated staff show every consideration to my experience. They always take great care with packing and shipping (I am located in the USA) and their curated rank of artists are second to none.

But a moment, at least, must be given to the service, support, education and uplift they give to their (mostly) young artists. Degree have helped boost a generation of young artists up the rungs of the career ladder in ways that no art school can do on its own. They inspire me with their dedication to their student and recent graduate artists.

The online art acquisition experience could well be fraught, but with Degree there are measures taken all through the process to ensure that you appreciate the art with regard to size, material, hanging condition, etc. To make a mistake on the Artellite platform would almost require willful neglect.

In the years I've been acquiring art from Degree, I've added well over a dozen pieces of high-quality art to my ever growing collections. I've not regretted one bit of it, and I look forward to all the great art they will deliver to my email inbox, and my front door, in the years to come.

Was a bit unsure of the process. However, once the piece of artwork arrived at the gallery it was delivered by a carrier very promptly. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Only the fact I did not receive an initial email from degree art makes it 4 instead of 5 star. There was a delay in receiving the art work but I had to find out the reason why instead of the company emailing me to let me know the work was included in an exhibition so I would have to wait longer to receive it-it would have saved me worrying whether they were "real" or not! Once I made a query they were very efficient in their response.

We found the website very easy to navigate and received quick and helpful responses to our emails. We went in to view the pieces and delivery was arranged for the same week. We are thrilled with our piece and the service we received. We will certainly be coming back in the future.

I was requesting a painting as asked for by a colleague who was retiring. I was given personal help in arranging the purchase and delivery which was efficient and prompt. I was also given a discount which was unexpected and welcome. The website was simple to use.
