Exceptional from start to finish !
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Del Brace Plumbing and Heating.
On Thursday afternoon our 20 year old boiler finally gave up and we had no heating or hot water. Del and Jerome came to assess the situation the same afternoon. Del was not pushy at all and was prepared replace parts to extend the boilers life hence avoiding the expense of a new boiler in the short term.
We decided to replace it to avoid future problems. Del and Jerome managed to get it going enough for us to have hot water through the weekend and, incredibly, by Monday afternoon we had a fully functional new boiler !!
Del and Jerome were personable, professional, efficient and tidy. They managed to fit us in at short notice,turned up when they said they would and the whole process was seamless.
Thankyou both so much !!

I had a great experience with Del Brace and would definitely recommend them. The online booking system is incredibly easy to use and makes the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Communication is excellent — it’s easy to get in touch, and responses are always prompt and helpful.
One standout feature is the AI receptionist, which is genuinely useful and efficient. It makes managing appointments and queries quick and convenient without any delays.
The staff are polite, knowledgeable, and clearly know what they’re doing, which gives a lot of confidence in the service. Everything is also kept clean and tidy, which adds to the overall professional feel.

Jerome turned up all enthusiast and keeps you informed about all the good stuff going on inside the boiler. Then off to our 93 year dad who finds anything like this very stressful. After finding the boiler was losing pressure - the process of choosing a time and date for Del to come and fix was very easy - after waiting only a few days he came solved the problem and we are back to normal - excellent in a aspects
