Easy to order and amazing customer service. Definitely recommend specially when missing the flavours from home.
Be careful when paying, otherwise you might pay for things you didn't buy. Always ask for a receipt to check. I shop at Wandsworth Road store today.
Order arrived and was missing £35 worth of meat. Contacted them straight away. Kept the box so they could see the meat wouldn't even had fit in the box they sent. It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything back. Definitely not using them again.

I ordered a large grocery order including frozen products. The delivery was delayed and when it arrived, all frozen items were completely thawed and unsafe for consumption. Some items were also missing from the order.
I contacted customer service immediately with photos. Communication was slow and confusing, and I had to chase multiple times. A partial refund was eventually issued, but the experience was stressful and poorly handled overall.
I also had to involve my bank to protect myself during the process.
Based on this experience, I would not order again — especially for frozen or time-sensitive items.
Because I am Portuguese and miss so much my food.I had place an order online, I feel the price of the food is not to far way the normal supermarket. I place my order, was in fact 10 of January Sunday, and in 14 of January I receveid my order all perfect accomodate. I recommend Delicias uk
they will send you out of date products, check always the labels . They charge you a huge amount for shipping £17.80 even you spent loads of money in food. They don't reply to your emails when you chase them, however they are quick to send you emails about replacing products that were not labelled "out of stock" on their website and aknowleading when you replied to them but wont take phone calls ,even they say they have a phone number. And as many people have said they will not send you everything you have placed in your order , you will get many products missing. This is the last time i will ordered from here. If you check their FB website theres only complaints . They don't have any empathy or respect for costumers. Beyond disgraceful company. Yet they claim they care about costumers and don't do it on purpose! Watta joke! Being busy around Christmas is not an excuse, it shouldn't be an excuse. They always use that excuse. If someone places the order 2 or 3 weeks before Christmas , they will only send it 2 weeks later, still with missing items and no excuse. And charge you a huge amount for shipping when they only deliver the parcel 2 weeks later .
i place my order on line from the 12 of December and i paid £9 for the delivery and until now i didn't receive it
i tried to contact them to get my money back but no replay

My shopping experience at Delicias.uk was simply excellent. The delivery was very fast and everything arrived extremely well packaged, with care and attention to detail. You can clearly see the concern in offering a quality service. The experience exceeded my expectations and, without a doubt, I will buy again. I recommend them with confidence.
Don’t order gift wrapping! Very confusing I thought I was ordering individual gift wrap but they bundled it all in one. Total waste of my money
i have placed an order from this place and most of my items didnt arrive . i have reached the company several times over phone- no answer and no response to my emails . I will never order from these scammers ever again . they dont have any shame!

I've ordered from this company for a 2nd time,the first time I received my order 2 weeks after placing and paying for an expensive shipment to be delivered ( nearly 20£) stating up to 2 days. Should offer free shipping for order of 75£ or over especially when I've paid 300£, 500£ for an order. Should offer something for free at least to costumers when they place such a higher amount order. No response to emails, no answer to phone calls even they provide a number to reach them. Sneaky ! If you don't have nothing to hide you should take accountability/ responsibility. 2nd order ( and last ) were emailing me stating some products were out of stock ( despite the fact not mentioned on their website, like they usually show when there's out of stock products) asking several times to replace the products,taking ages to send the order. If you think you won't be able to deal with a large order or you lack of sales experience and skills, at least don't charge costumers a high amount for shipping and taking 2 weeks to deliver an order ,or use the excuse the products are frozen. Apart from contacting several times to replace some products that were out of stock ,still sent me the order with 11 or more missing products I've ordered and that were never told were out of stock . Trying to take costumers for fools because ordered too many things and you think people won't notice it. I rang several times to discuss a refund, sent an email ,no response to phone calls whatsoever and no response to email after 24h. I've contacted my bank account provider to resolve this .no apologies and no satisfactions, no costumer services courtesy or anything. I believe they are not even Portuguese but Brazilian( giving Portuguese people bad reputation as per usual) .I've ordered things from other Portuguese shops online and never had to pay for shipping for an order of 75£ or over and received my goods 2 days later after ordering.

Order online , expecting to receive a queen cake of 17.49£ that i order instead was sent a queen cake of 8.99£ .
Contact via email 2 times , call more than 10 times , left 3 voice mails and no return to my calls ,messages or emails from the Delicias at all .
Think twice before placing your order .

Meu belo dinheiro mal gasto... A entrega foi também espetacular... Com o número na porta mas se eu não visse na cctv a minha encomenda era entregue à minha vizinha... Mas que porcaria de serviço é este... Sinceramente... Vou fazer questão de falar a qualquer pessoa que me pergunte a boa porcaria de serviço que recebi.. O meu marido está a enviar email.. Vamos ver se respondem...

Ordered online, didn't receive a couple of items. I emailed on the day I received the order, nearly a month later and no response. Think before ordering as you might not get everything.
EDIT: After emailing again, I have been told a refund will be processed and had an apology that my email went to spam. I will try Delicias again, hopefully this was a one off.

I am doing a Portuguese evening for 50 people and wanted chhese and wine from the country. Left it very late to order - Sunday so was panicking the order wouldn't arrive on time. I put a note with my order and then called them on Tuesday. Very pleasant lady knew who I was and told me they had seen my note and I would receive the order Wednesday. Sure enough it came as promised. The packing was excellent so cannot praise them highly enough. Will definitely use again. Nice to see a company that takes customer service seriously.
