The battery didn't take too long to arrive, it was properly packaged in anti static plastic. The battery seems last longer than the original one I had in the laptop. The laptop recognised the battery however, I have since learned there is a motherboard issue which is what caused me to change the battery to begin with which was being masked by the dead CMOS battery which I recently changed. Apart from that no issue. Bottom connector on the battery is a bit stiff to plug in and you have to push in so that the gold pins aren't showing. This is the case for the Dell 7490 battery at least.

Good value and excellent customer services...
After looking around for a replacement battery for my laptop I came across this site that was selling them almost 50% cheaper than anywhere else and they said delivery would be within 2-3 days. I was a bit sceptical because of the price but it was within my budget and delivery timescales so I ordered. Turned up 2 days later, plugged it in but it wouldn't charge. I contacted customers services who asked me to check some things and it turned out the charger was ALSO faulty!
So, all round good value, delivery and excellent customer services - would thoroughly recommend...

Guidance was clear and prompt and (most pleasingly) honest.

Good battery
Arrived a little late (but that's Evri for you). Installed without any issues. Battery actually branded "Dell", so looks to be an OEM battery - whether it is or not I am unsure, as it's meant to be aftermarket.
Nonetheless, works great, Windows reports it's at 97% battery health (as opposed to my original which was at less than 50%).

Replacement battery for Dell XPS L421x. Arrived ahead of stated date, fitted within 30 mins and laptop now up and running. Mini tools also with battery also helps if you dont have the tools. Just waiting for it to fully charge, but so far so good.

A Dell replacement battery is very good. I received it quickly with nice box packaging & good thing about that it comes with 2 x screw drives to use to replace yourself. Which is a good thing. Finally a decent Dell replacement battery
I got a decent replacement battery for my aging Dell Precision M4500. It arrived promptly and was reasonably priced. The battery is charging and discharging OK, although the laptop needs to be switched off for the battery to charge up - this may be due to the laptop rather than the battery. Appears to be holding a charge and lasts a few hours. This is after getting 2 dud batteries from other companies, both of which had to be returned, so I am pleased to have found a reliable supplier.

Everything went sensibly speedily and the replacement laptop battery was self installed using the provided tool kit. The latter was essential because the screws securing everything had unusual socket heads.
My Dell is now trustworthy once more, so for me a great result.
