As a senior citizen, I'd never booked a holiday in this way before, so I had some reservations and was nervous about getting scammed.
However, the agent (Jimmy) who handled my booking was patient and reassuring in response to my concerns and hesitation.
He guided me through the process, giving me time to consider options, enabling me to chose and book the holiday that would be right for my partner and I.
I would definitely use Jimmy's services again in the future when booking a holiday.

I've had a bad experience recently, if you look at my previous negative response you'll know why. However, Keith has been the only positive staff to make contact and help me out. I wish I had booked my holiday through him as he is understanding and gives really good deals.

Needed to ask a question about luggage on the holidays deals on Live Chat which was picked up very quickly...chatted to Jordan and he answered the question straight away...he was a pleasure to deal with..

Not impressed at all this holiday was £310 pp but but ended up costing me just over £2000 for 4 people and later found the same holiday a lot cheaper
