We all know factory lighting is mediocre so I went on the hunt and came across these guys. I picked up the D14 and it's literally a night and day difference.
Outstanding customer service after the sale.
When my OEM horn started sounding anemic I knew it was time for a change. I was familiar with the Sound Bomb style of air horn so selected one in that style but wanted an attractive cover over the horn, which is why I picked the Denali Sound Bomb. This horn is LOUD! I had to add a custom bracket to lower the horn approx. 1 1/2 inches to accomodate my cooling fan, but everything seems to be working fine. I installed the relay under the seat and ran the wiring under the fuel tank to the horn and to the existing horn connections. The wiring to the horn was not quite long enough to reach from the relay to the horn without cutting a small penetration through the left side of the wire caddy that runs along the top frame rail under the fuel tank.

Ordered a set of D4 lights from Denali back in mid-March, based on all the glowing YouTube reviews and forum hype. Everything on their EU site said “in stock – ships in 1–2 business days.” Sounded great.
Fast forward to late April—still no delivery.
What I’ve gotten instead is a wild ride of vague emails and shifting excuses. First it was “you’ll get it next week,” then “we’re waiting on a warehouse update,” then the fan favorite: “our customer service team and warehouse are in different locations.” Cool story, but maybe consider syncing those up before taking people’s money?
At this point, it feels less like an online order and more like an endurance test. If you’re ordering from the EU, be prepared for serious delays and zero accountability. The gear might be great—wouldn’t know. Still waiting.
Dont throw your money to the trash can as I did. Worst service ever
I have had to replace nearly everything Ive ever purchased from this company within a few months of owning it. Absolutely unreliable. Their customer support is garbage on warranty issues- you have to PAY for a new item (if they even have it in stock) and then fight them for a return and refund on the broken part. I will not buy anymore of their products.
I have order a set of lights from Denali last November. After receiving the lights the mounting brackets were missing. I contacted Denali and they ship it a replacement via USPS when I told them I did paid for UPS shipping on my original order. More than 2 weeks after the replacement is stuck with USPS due to CP strike. I contacted Denali again and they told me they cannot ship the replacement to me via UPS until USPS send the other set back to them. So I spent $1K+ on lights I cannot set for more than 1 month...unbelievable ...

The response from customer service and tech was great in resolving the wiring to connect T3 switchback signal pods. Despite the plug and play harness did not work for my application, they gave me a credit a year after purchase. I ordered the sound bomb air horn for added safety.
Back in November, I bought D3s, Dim Controller and brackets. Opened the delivery box a week ago to install everything. Although the two D3s and brackets were brand new, the Dim Controller box was ripped, and the controller itself had signs of a previous installation attempt. I reached out to Support. Alex said he'd do something about it. Still waiting for a reply 3 days later. I don't appreciate spending $$$$ and receiving a used part. And I really don't appreciate being ignored after 2 follow-up emails. Tech Support, on the other hand, was helpful and the reason for the 3 stars instead of 1.
