X-ray scanner issue
The team provided efficient advice and solution for the problem we had with our x-ray scanner. The top quality service provided by Technical manager - Dmitry, Client liaison - Megan and Technician - Harry was professional, warm and welcoming throughout the process. Great service on unit breakdown!
“The service received from Dental Dynamix was great – this was an unscheduled requirement due to the breakdown of our developer and the engineer arrived exactly when we were advised he would. Although the problem could not be sorted at the time of visit, the fact that the engineer could leave us a “loan” machine and this was fully set up before he left so we could continue without any loss of service to our patients was excellent. Throughout the process of our machine being fixed we were kept up to date at every stage and the return of our own developer unit was ahead of schedule.”

Happy client of 15 years
I have been a customer of Dental Dynamix for 15 years. I have always found them to be excellent. They always give good advice & supply quality equipment. They turn up on the booked day. And are very easy to communicate with. They always help with the IT installation of any extra equipment such as intra oral cameras / microscope etc.
I also have an IT support contract which means the Team can ring them whenever there are any glitches. They always act promptly
I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic Service!
Harry and David attended the practice to install a Kavo OPG. These guys are professionals - from start to finish! Nothing was too much trouble, and Harry is so knowledgeable when training the team that he could answer every question. He also gave some great advice and tips.
If you are considering installing an OPG... consider a Kavo and definitely use Dental Dynamix.

Dental Dynamix attended the surgery promptly on the day agreed. Alfie was the technician assigned to us, he was excellent, he caused no disruption to the daily running of the practice and completed the annual service on all 4 machines. Dental Dynamix have delivered us exceptional service from day one.
Dental Dynamix have delivered us excellent care and were responsible for the entire IT set up at our new dental practice. This included all the hardware and network to run our software, digital radiographs, intraoral cameras and CBCT. They are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and always strive to make your systems work as seamlessly as possible.
