TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
We started off well. Ended up ordering a product, Mandy called us and stated they no longer had that product and would we be ok with something else? Of course we were not sure if it would be the right equipment, so we asked about returns and restock fees. In which we were told all that would be waived if the product did not meet our needs. Well, it didn't, and when trying to return, we were met with a restocking and shipping fee. We replied to their email twice, which they claimed that they didn't receive, even though I have proof of 2 separate emails. At this time, we had to speak with Maria Calvillo. She was extremely rude, kept talking over us, and just genuinely did not care about what we were told by Mandy. She literally disregarded what we were trying to say, ignored us, and put us on HOLD, WHILE we were speaking. JUST TERRIBLE customer service. STAY AWAY if you are looking for someone who actually cares about your needs

Horrible
Wish I had seen all these bad reviews before I committed to them. Spent thousands of dollars received a faulty machine, and its difficult to fix from my location and their warranty doesn't extend to my location. Have not been able to use equipment.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I paid for shipping of a product and then got billed for it from UPS!! Brought it up multiple times with the sales representatives (revolving door of who worked there). They ignore or refuse to refund me the shipping. Even when I did order from them, my orders were either incorrect or late. Stay away from them!
I am a dentist and used dental planet…
I am a dentist and used dental planet durapro and they are by far the worst vendor I have come into contact with. They make it extremely difficult to cancel an order because they are adamant about making a sell and do not care anything about your best interest. I requested a cancellation and they had not even shipped the unit to me and they said they would charge me a $6000 restocking fee. Be very careful when dealing with these people. The rep I had was Dale. I had planned on finishing the rest of my build with them but after this experience I will never use them again and I will make sure to tell all of my colleagues about my experience.

Satisfied Old Rural Kentucky Dentist
The sales representative was very courteous and informative. They presented various options using the website catalog to compare and contrast the options of assistant stools. My staff is pleased with the excellent back and core support this combination back support + front arm support provide during procedures. The target date for delivery was very accurate and gave my office appropriate time to prepare for the transition to the new stools.

I waited weeks to receive my…
I waited weeks to receive my order...hence; I cancelled the Order with DuraPro Healte dental planet....They continued to give me the run around...I was sent the wrong product...the box sat on my Dining Room table for 3 weeks; never received a Return Lable for this wrong product....I finally found my product (Filters for my Omron Nebulizer) which i was completely out of, and need to do Breathing treatments 4 times a day...I found my Omron Filters on Amazon.com...I ordered my Filters and received them the NEXT DAY from Amazon...I would not recommend this Supplier for anything....

I purchased a refurbished dental chair…
I purchased a refurbished dental chair (Forest 3900) last October. The original delivery date was delayed and I understood the problems of COVID, supply chain issues, driver availability etc, but I have problems with the Dental Planet team not informing me before I reached out to them as to the status of the delivery. After delivery, the chair is not totally functional, the gear or whatever on the right is worn, not funtional and I have called and pleaded with the sales department ( wrong dept, I know) and finally service or parts dept and it appears that the attitude that that's my problem not theirs. I know that the warranty was for a certain period (90 days?) and now it's over 6 months and the issue has not been resolved. I know that it was refurbished but my old chair had issues as well but I would still have the cash in my bank account. I am truly disappointed and would not recommend Dental Planet to a dental colleague.
