I would advise others to exercise caution before enrolling with this provider.

I completed a dental practice management course with Dental Training College; however, I did not receive my original certificates despite multiple follow-up emails over an extended period. Unfortunately, there was no response from the organisation at any stage.

Due to the lack of communication, I attended the listed Central London address in person after locating it via Google. This experience raised serious concerns regarding the credibility and professionalism of the provider.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that prospective candidates thoroughly verify the legitimacy, accreditation, and post-course support of any training provider before making payment.

A disappointing experience overall. Not even with one star.

I paid around £400 for this Practice Manager course in July 2024, which included online learning and an assessment.

After completing the study materials, I had to delay the assessment due to pregnancy and having a baby. When I returned, I was told the course had been replaced and that I would need to pay again to complete it.

There was no clear indication at the time of purchase that access to the assessment was time-limited or that the course could be withdrawn in this way.

I have since made several attempts to resolve this directly, including submitting a formal complaint, but have been ignored.

Very disappointing experience, particularly given the cost. I would strongly recommend clarifying all terms in writing before enrolling.

Absolute scam

DO NOT purchase any courses from these scam artists! Once they receive payment they ghost you!

What a waste of time

I just wanted to say, please do NOT study with them. Im not even sure that they are a real course provider or not. They won't contact/ reply you after they get your money. I showed interest in their website and they straight away called and convinced me to join the course. They even called me on a Saturday morning 9am to get the money from me. After that they disappeared, i was calling and asking for my study pack, no one answer their phone, after weeks they sent me my learning pack finally. They say during course full tutor support , but theres no tutor no support AT ALL ! I mabaged to complete the course all on my own without zero help from their imaginary tutor, now i am begging them to send my certificate as i have to apply for a role and it will close, they even don't answer my calls and emails.
Their contact phone number starts from 08... and because i have called them many times with no answer and i have been on queue which never was successful, i have been charged £90 on my mobile bill because of them. Im still waiting for my certificate for weeks and they even don't bother to tell me if they will ever send it or not.
I think behind this so called training college , there is just a random person taking peoples money and printing off a learning package and all they do it posting to them and thats it!
No tutor, no help, no communication , im totally upset and frustrated with them. Please don't register with them.
