Thank you for your reply. While you mention privacy, the reality is that open communication has been restricted. After sharing my experience, I was removed from your Facebook group, and my post intended to inform other patients was censored and denied approval.Publicly deleting and blocking patients who try to share their honest experiences does not show confidence in your practices. Everyone has the right to share their personal journey, and true transparency means listening to all patients, not just the positive ones.

I was holiday ,quite ill,thanks to these kind people at clinica dental dentarum ,santandar, they looked at my tooth and gave me antibiotics for free,my name is dean c,I wish they were my dentists, thankyou,10 out of 10.

When using this company, make sure you keep all your emails as I have and keep all the paperwork they give you and read it

I travelled from London for my treatment at Dentum, and the process couldn’t have been easier. Emails were always prompt, clear and friendly.
First time I stayed for 5 days on site, the accommodation was clean, roomy and in the same building as the clinic so really convenient (only downside I was unable to get any UK Television in the room or connect to apps so I would recommend bringing a fire stick or something)
The second time was a quick visit I chose to stay in a hotel with a pool but Dentum still organised free airport transfers for me which I thought was exceptional client care.
The clinic its self is immaculate with nice view, all staff are really friendly and speak excellent English. The appointments were always on time, treatments were explained clearly to me and they work quickly too- Less time in the chair the better! Most importantly I am really happy with all the work done.
All in all I would highly recommend travelling to Dentum for treatment, I saved around £3.5k making the journey, and got to visit the beautiful City of Zagreb as well.

Take earplugs though. Sometimes the trains can be noisy. Otherwise extremely good.

Amazing all inclusive service and great result.
I had 2 crowns fitted for my front teeth and they did an amazing job at matching the colour. They took their time to make it really as good as it could be. Im super happy with the result.
The whole flow of the service is amazing too, comfortable accommodation and airport pickup. In between appointments we enjoyed trips to zagreb and the surrounding nature.

Very professional service and skilled dentists. Pick up from the airport and provision of accomodation on site was great to have. Made the whole service seamless.

The Dentum surgery is well equipped and staffed by excellent dentists and support staff. Instead of waiting for an xray appointment, Dentum have their own xray facility and the xray can be completed in minutes.
I had dental implants and the expertise of the dentist was superb. He clearly had a lot of experience of the complex procedure.
The accommodation is of a high standard and ideal for a short stay.

My husband myself and my son have been patients at Dentum over the last 8 years. The level of professionalism is excellent. The staff at Dentum look after patients really well. Transport accommodation are all excellent.
My husband and myself have finished our treatment,my son’s treatment is on going.

I had some dental work done around 9 years ago which I have been very pleased with. It was considerably cheaper than the UK and I don’t think the treatment could have been bettered. I now go once a year for a checkup and to have my teeth cleaned as I completely trust Dentum and will happily recommend them.

I chose Dentum after looking at reviews. Certainly after going to Zagreb I knew I made the right decision.
The expertise, free accommodation and airport pick ups and overall always friendly staff was all reassuring.
The cost of my dental work was more than comparable with other countries dental clinics
It was only a two hour flight from London and the centre of Zagreb is a great place to visit which takes a lot off your mind as to why you’re there in the first place
The after care is very good too
So glad I went. My new teeth have changed my life

When you come to this amazing Clinic you are taking care of as if you were not just family but a beloved family, it's a white glove service from beginning to end they leave nothing out anything you need they take the greatest care of you in every way. I have been a patient of Dentum since 2021 and have visited the clinic several times, including twice for major dental work involving implants and bridges, as well as four annual check-ups.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work I have received. The team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring, and I have always felt well looked after throughout the entire process.

One of the things I really appreciate is how well everything is organized. They have always met me at the airport, and the hotel is located in the same building as the clinic, so there is no need to go outside or arrange any additional transport.

I recently returned for a bridge replacement under guarantee, and everything was handled exactly as promised. I did not have to pay anything for the dental work, the hotel, or the airport transfer.

Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Dentum and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental treatment.

I came here for a lot of treatment! Basically a new smile. I chose this place because i know at least 8 of my girlfriends who have previously been and highly recommended it to me. it's such a well run place. You get picked up at the airport, you can stay in the same building as the dental company (they are on the top floor); so once you've had your treatment, you don't have far to go to recover. The rooms are standard, but you have everything that you need and shared kitchens. It really is a very good set up. The surgeons, dental nurses, down to the reception staff are very nice and speak great English. I would highly recommend this dental practice. Prices are amazing in comparison to GB, and the quality and care are second to none. Clean, professional and quality work. Don't hesitate if you are thinking about going.

From my initial introduction to completion of the work the standard has been 100% professional. The quality of customer service experience, the work carried out and quality of product is the best. I’ll admit when I first approached Dentum it was a big gamble, a chance, on a Facebook advert, the initial phone call, was this legitimate? They gave me the number of a lady from my country that had work done and I felt at ease after speaking to her, that could have gone wrong, but it has always been a smooth ride throughout. I recommend the service. They cocoon you from the moment you arrive in Croatia. If you’re not sure please contact me and I’ll speak to you. Had 4 inplants extractions and a root canal also a bridge no pain at all so pleased would definitely recommend

My first experience with Dentum date back to 2016 requesting an estimate by email after sending panoramic, xrays and reports from St Thomas Hospital Dental unit.
I had the bridge and implant done in 2016 a short time after our first email and I never look back. I have been going to the clinic yearly for check ups and further work.
Thequality of materials and professionalism shown by everyone in any occasion is far above what one can expect from a dental clinic.

I have been going to Dentum since 2020 after the recommendation of a friend. My husband has also accompanied me and also has his treatment there. We have found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. We are collected at the airport and returned after treatment. It is an amazing operation. Everything is thoroughly considered. I have had implants and an extraction. After my extraction I thought I would be going home with a gap, but a temporary replacement was done, I was impressed with that. We regularly return for our check ups and cleaning. They are so efficient with everything they do and the speed with which things are done. They co-ordinate your travel, appointments and accommodation, which also gives you access to a gym. Or you can organise your own. I have recommended Dentum to friends who have been extremely happy with them and I would continue to recommend them, the people I have met while I have been there have had nothing but praise for them. A couple of years ago I had a problem with my teeth I called a staff member, you are given mobile numbers so you can contact them whenever needed, she arrange for me to visit a clinic in London who were able to send my X-ray to them in Zagreb. They were then able to plan a course of treatment ready for when I arrived at the clinic. I do feel the staff are so accommodating. The clinic is so well placed in the city there is access to good restaurants, cafes, depending on what dental work you require. There is a restaurant just outside the clinic when I walked in with my husband we were asked who can eat and who can't which was quite funny. So I had soup. There is access to a kitchen with all necessary amenities. I will be planning my next visit within the next two months.

The whole experience went without a hitch and pain. A great professional set up and treatment would highly recommend Dentum to anybody
