I found Denzellwear on a social media add and I really liked the Summit Coat. I first hesitated because I didn’t know if I could trust the website as there are a lot of scams online but the comments under the publication seemed legit and a lot of people who looked real said there were satisfied about the company so I decided to take the risk and placed an order. I received my coat within approximately one week and it. The size is perfect and I really like the design and people told me it looked nice. After like two weeks, I went to a nightclub with my company and I lost it. I was really disappointed so I decided to order a new one (the same model). But when I went back to the office a few days later, one of my colleague told me that he found my coat. My new one was already in transit but I contacted Denzellwear asking if it was still possible to cancel my order or if I could return it once I’d receive it and get a refund. They first told me that it wasn’t possible to cancel the order as it had already been shipped but a few minutes later, they sent me another mail saying that they decided to make an exception and cancel my order anyway and reimburse me. I asked if I needed to send it back but they told me that it wasn’t necessary and that they would bear the loss. I wasn’t expecting such a kind gesture and thought I’d wait and see if I would actually get a refund. I just received it so they kept they word. Conclusion: I’m super glad with my coat and they provide a really nice customer service moreover really quick. I never posted a review on TrustPilot but I decided to do it to help people who are wondering if Denzellwear is legit to find out (I searched on Google and ChatGPT before ordering my first coat and I couldn’t find any serious review. I recommend them!
