Ordered beautiful mercury glass christmas trees in sets of 5 silver and gold. Spent $200 USD, almost 3 months ago. Get home after Christmas trip to find a shipment of tiny plastic trees that don't look any thing like the trees I ordered. Total plastic crap! No communication available for company and the tracking just says unknown.

FALSE ADVERTISING, SCAM, LIES, THEIVES. I didn’t receive what I ordered and in fact they were cheap plastic and not Mercury Glass Christmas trees. This company is a FRAUD. I paid a total of $92.48 on 9/21/ and didn’t receive until 11/17/25. I watched the video about the beautiful mercury glass light up trees I was so excited to order! I got then and they are plastic 5 & 6 inch’s. Not the talk Mercury glass trees I thought I had ordered. Even PayPal isn’t helping!!

This is such a rip off !!
I ordered some Swedish dish cloths back in October. November I complained I hadn’t heard anything. It is now December and I have been told they’re coming on their way! We’ll see.

I wish I didn’t fall for this scam. Everything the other reviews have said are true. I ordered the “glass” Christmas Trees. They were tiny, plastic trees. Absolutely $tree material. It took months to get to me. The emails I would receive said the package was shipping from Italy and were in customs to explain the 2 month wait. Don’t believe it!! THIS IS A SCAM!! They also overcharged me and wouldn’t give me a refund even though I returned them. When I see this advertised on Facebook, I will write another warning review. This product deserves 0 stars!!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering the Mercury Glass trees in September. First issue was being over charged by $17.01 on my initial invoice. They corrected it when informed. In November they delivered the cheap, plastic trees that other reviewers have described. I have exchanged multiple emails with the "support" department in which they requested proof including supporting documents and photos. They never acknowledged the failure to send the ordered product and will not refund my payment of $56.69 on Apple Pay. They suggested that I keep the plastic substitute and offered me $11. "... but if you return them, the shipping fee (to CHINA) may be expensive to you." No refund of my $56.69, but I must pay to return the shipment of plastic to China. I advised them that I would turn this over to the fraud department of my credit card company. They raised the offer to $28. Clearly this is an illegal scam they are running and profiting from. I will turn this over to my credit card company today.

No option for "0" stars - ordered Swedish Cleaning Cloths in September, still waiting - says delivered to Murchison Post Clearing Depot in NZ - no such thing/wrong Island/not on the way to our place!! Will not refund despite many requests -says re-sending .... not holding my breath :/

I did not receive what I ordered.... not even close. They are sending fraudulent products and then ignoring the complaints.

I was another person who ordered the mercury Christmas trees off an Instagram ad. My mistake bc they are complete junk. The video on Instagram shows five large mercury, glass Christmas trees and what showed up was something from a dollar tree store. Five plastic tiny trees. I have been in contact with the company and they have offered a six dollar refund because they say it’ll be very expensive to mail back to them. Nope…. I have checked on Amazon and they have the same plastic trees on Amazon. DO NOT ORDER FROM DEPARCART

Zero stars!! Wish I came here before ordering off an Instagram ad! I collect glass trees and loved these. Ordered in September emailed them late October because nothing!!! Not even an update email. They replied “Oh we can’t find your order so we shipped them out again you should receive soon”
I just got them and they are a JOKE the trees are plastic and TINY like 4-5” max I am livid!!!
Sent them another long email complaining how can they get away with this!????
What else can I do!??

This company is nothing but a rip off. Please don’t give them your hard earned money. Item that I received was nothing like the item I ordered. Took 6 weeks to arrive. The website is a total scam. No refund is offered. You will need to go through your credit card to try to get a refund.

Do not order from this company it’s fraudulent!!! I ordered 5 glass Christmas trees from Instagram on Sept 29th today is Nov 11th and NO word about where they are.

As many others I ordered through instagram the mercury glass Christmas trees and after 2 months received 5 very small plastic trees that look like rubbish and are definitely not worth the money especially as it was in USD . Buyer beware this store is a scam and instagram should remove the fake ad

Three weeks after ordering a few apparently 'amazing' dishcloths, the status has not been updated and my product has not even been processed in the warehouse let alone packed or been prepared for sending. I feel stupid for falling for this - the ads seem authentic and well shot - but typically it's some cheapo, offshore organisation that is not trustworthy.

Didn't investigate the company before buying!! Same as many before, I ordered "Mercury Glass Christmas trees" Received plastic crap, that took forever to get here. Many updates on shipping, explaining held up with customs... in Italy. Then is had arrived to Columbia, SC. When it finally did arrive, 7 weeks later, it came from a Compay called GATHERS FOTTY in Chicago, IL. Wrote 3 reviews on their website and they were taken down shortly after I left them. Complete scam. Frustrating to be scammed- I will always do a check from now on!

Same as other reviews I ordered off instagram the set of 5 Glass Christmas trees in gold and have been waiting over 2 months. Emailed them for update on the delivery and haven’t heard back. I won’t be holding my breath waiting for them. Total scam.

I placed an order for Mercury glass trees and it took forever to get them. They originated from Italy of all places! They finally arrived yesterday and they are literally 5 inch trees that are plastic I was charged over $50 including shipping and I want my full refund, ASAP

Had a moment where I didn't think and ordered off of Instagram a collection of 5 Illuminated Mercury “Glass” Trees using my card. I tried to cancel the transaction 2 hours later and recieved an email that it was too late as the shipping had already started. Next an email that the payment went thru Paypal and they added another 13.75 as "TAX" (this is a guest transaction to paypay and they won't really help with it). The trees arrived a month and a half later and it's a set of 5” in high plastic trees, not the set of different sized glass trees that were in the ad. I was told to dispute with my bank.

I ordered the mercury glass christmas tree set in September 2025 - in gold and silver and nothing has been delivered. Tracking stopped on 20October with no further contact from the company.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I'll be notifying PayPal about this dodgy company ripping off the public.
