We are absolutely satisfied

We are absolutely satisfied with the software and the support. If there are any problems, or if you just have questions, you will be helped very quickly and in a targeted manner. Even on weekends and public holidays I get answers to my questions.

Stunning experience

As a long-time user for WHMCS, I've tried my fair share of developers. Among them, deploymentcode has proven to be a standout choice for both the quality of the products and the dedication to customer satisfaction.

One aspect I would like to emphasize is the rapid adaptation of modules to new WHMCS versions. I have had some less than ideal experiences with other developers in this regards, but deploymentcode has always always been quick to update their software. For example, they released PHP 8 compatibility updates the very same day WHMCS began supporting PHP 8.

I've been a customer of DeploymentCode…

I've been a customer of DeploymentCode for some time and I had nothing but positive experiences with them. The custom-developed modules work as expected (for close to 2 years now), and support is fast and reasonable. Our company is a happy customer and would certainly come back for custom development when needed without hesitation.

Great Company

Great company. Very easy to work with. Willing to work with customers too get the best use from custom deployments and implement fetures into existing modules.

Over time, they have done several projects for me, which have always been done to my complete satisfaction.

Awesome Plugins and very helpful Support

I am also using Plugins from this vendor and they are totally awesome. No Bugs (so far) and totally well documented. In the past Years the Support was very helpful and and outstanding experience.
I love to work with Deploymentcode. He also is a Server Expert which makes things very helpful.

Rude, unprofessional, Bad attitude

Using one of the WHMCS plugins from this company, and I have had some issues with it not working correctly.

Sadly it seems that (name removed) would rather just be rude and arrogant to clients and cancel their subscriptions instead of solving a problem when he doesn't know how to fix a problem or simply cannot be bothered.

Terrible attitude and customer service skills.

In response to this review, (name removed) then posted a fake and malicious revenge review about me. This is course against Trustpilot terms and conditions since Deploymentcode have never done any business with me or used my services.

This really shows you how unprofessional they are or at least this person.

Obviously, the person whose name I have had to remove (initials TR) knows how childish and unprofessional he has been, thus why he has complained to Trustpilot to get me to remove his name.

The response from TR below, is obviously just full of lies and trying to mislead you. Any perceived angry/sarcastic replies I gave them were clearly in frustration and in response to the unhelpful and arrogant responses I received from them.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your business over the past 2 years and are pleased that our free customization offer persuaded you to make a purchase. We implemented the customization within 3 days and were honored that you considered us for custom development six months ago.

Your review addresses a recent support ticket where you experienced issues after an update. Previously, you had already encountered problems that could not be reproduced, as the module did not have the functionality in the code to cause such issues, nor did any other clients have similar issues. We take customer support seriously and always aim to provide the best service possible. Therefore, each problem was carefully checked, and detailed information was provided on why the issues were not related to the module.

In the latest ticket, where you had issues after an update, you granted access to your WHMCS installation after some back and forth. Despite our efforts, it was not possible to reproduce the problem. Unfortunately, your response was "thats wonderful that it worked for you, but that does not help me" and overall, your communication over the past 2 years has often been laced with sarcasm and harsh messages. However, this was always ignored and you were handled with kid gloves, as it was foreseeable how the reaction would be to a purely informal message.

After further provocative remarks, we requested professional communication and offered a pro-rata refund, since the problem is not reproducable. After the accusation of being gaslighted, you were informed that the service will be terminated at the end of the paid period and the refund offer was reiterated. You agreed, stating that we were "too rude and too lazy", and the refund was issued within 45 minutes.

Terminating a customer is an absolute exception. It takes a lot for this to happen, and such cases are extremely rare. We do not wish to terminate customers, and normal clients do not need to have a fear of termination. However, if our staff is constantly exposed to sarcastic and provocative messages, we may resort to this option.

Lastly, I would like to address the "revenge review". A business relationship is not one-sided, and in this unique case, it is the first time in the company's history that we have felt compelled to advise other companies against doing business with this former client. While I understand that this action may be considered unprofessional, given the circumstances, I believe it was legitimate, and I stand behind this decision.
